One of the nicest I've been to in awhile. Hadn't seen this particular design in a Whataburger restaurant but I liked it.
Good came quick and was plenty hot. Our strawberry shakes were pretty good.
There was a little trash on the floor but nothing to gripe about.
We'll be back when we are in the neighborhood.
Whataburger in San Antonio never disappoints! The burgers are always fresh, and the portions are generous. I love the fact that they’re open 24/7, so whether it's a late-night craving or a quick lunch, it's always convenient. The staff is friendly, and the service is usually pretty quick, even when they're busy. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because the drive-thru can get a bit slow during peak hours, but the food is definitely worth the wait. Overall, a solid choice for a satisfying burger!

Once again they forget an item. Didn’t get my pies! I just donated $3.40 to the company! Oh and by the way, you might want to check your lettuce! It was in my flat burger. I asked Savannah if that was it, she said yes! Lucky me I at least got the ketchup instead. Horrible service!
This specific location is just bad. They forget something every single time I order to go. Fries are always cold and soggy (I eat the fries in the car so it's not because I wait 15 minutes to eat them) I've been coming to this location since I moved to the area and it has gotten worse over the years. Today they forgot my apple pie, side of gravy, gave me unsweet tea instead of sweet, and forgot to put ketchup in the bag. Just a complete lack of service. I always get mad and stop going here for a couple months then I will give it another chance. After today, this is the absolute last time I will ever go to this location.
I've been here more times than I have fingers, I love it!!! On weekends around 11:00 pm it can get busy. I recommend ordering online for inside pickup.
If I could leave zero stars I would. My boyfriend placed a curbside order to be ready by 10:01-10:04Am and it’s already 20 minutes past and they didn’t even have our order ready and I believe they gave his order to someone else and then they have the audacity to ask what his order was as if they were going to make it from scratch after he waited so long. I will never understand how they can’t apologize for their mistake and offer some type of compensation for their mistakes. Some people come here on their lunch breaks expecting their orders ready before their lunch time runs out and we get mistakes happen but no apology and no compensation is crazy do better whataburger!
