Ordered online, took them forever to bring my order out to curbside, was told by the employee that the manager said next time to park my truck in space “5” which there isn’t a #5 , cause my truck is too long -f350- , in other words park in the space at the Mexican restaurant! Are you for real! My order was wrong , fries were cold, asked for my chicken sandwich without lettuce, got black wilted lettuce on it , why would the cook even put lettuce on a sandwich that even looks like this? Always something wrong with my order at this location, people make sure you check your order before you leave the restaurant , I know they are very busy but the cook should be more careful about what their vegetables look like and park in #5, there’s not even a #5 curbside , attention cook, don’t put something on a burger that you wouldn’t eat yourself! Veggies are never fresh here! Sad thing about whataburger reviews is that I’ll probably never get a reply from a manager. Respectfully R. Tabares
I just paid $5 for this pile of grease onion rings this stink after telling them I wanted fresh dang really stink look at the low rate this place has they need to remove the manager! I'm looking at the reviews just discussed
I found a parking spot easily. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. The location was clean. I placed my order and selected my drink. I found open tables. My order was out quickly. The meal was hot and delicious. I'll definitely be back to this location. The lobby is open 24 hours. They have a birthday shake for a limited time. Don't miss out.
We had a bad order but Rolland was able to fix it and accommodate with a faster response than most locations. We travel a bit to get to this particular one as it's always been a favorite so to finally have a good order again is wonderful. Thank you very much Rolland and we will continue to come here. We don't go inside anymore because well people, so we can't rate atmosphere sufficiently but Thank you!!
Placed on online order said it would be ready in 3-6 min. It was a kids meal and medium onion rings. I live real close so went right over and checked in. Stood there waiting for about 20 min ms while ppl that came in and ordered after me were getting their food. I asked the manager if he could check on my order.. I watched them barely drop the onion rings so I guess the other stuff was ready and getting cold.. then he pulls them out before they’re ready (still soggy) I guess in an attempt to hurry up.. this place is complete trash. Always getting orders wrong and taking forever. I keep telling myself not to go but my daughter wanted a kids meal. Last time !!
Ordered a #4 with no lettuce no tomato and add ketchup. None of the requested was done, if I had an allergy I would be pissed. It’s funny how fast food employees want higher wages yet can’t even make a burger correctly during the slowest time of the day.
Food was ok. but Gabe! That guys energy was amazing! Accurately took my order, made my family giggle and made sure my order was right! The girl handing out the food was very courteous as well, I didn’t catch her name though. She was the dirty blonde with curls balled up under her hat. That whole crew was on point!!!
We pulled through the drive through after ordering two burgers for take out, they tried to charge my girlfriend even though we had paid for our take out order on the mobile app. After my girlfriend explained that she already paid they handed us our food and forgot our drink, again my girlfriend had to speak up about her drink, which the girl “Gabriella” at the window then proceeded to out up to her nose and sniff, explaining that she thought it was water, very gross and un sanitary. We finally got home to eat the food and both burgers are just atrocious, old and not even lukewarm, my patty melt had weird pieces of old lettuce on the bun even though i never ordered lettuce on it, was bland and practically cold, and my girlfriends burger was just slopped apart and had tons of just weird grey liquid pouring out if it, and old stale burnt buns, we are beyond disappointed from a whataburger that has 4/5 stars on google. Wont be coming back.
