Arrived just behind a small crowd at 2:04am.
Done in.
At 2:20, I asked about my food, they lost my ticket.
At 2:35 I got my order, the hamburger was cold. The fries were warm.
A guy was sleeping in the booth in the corner.
Some rowdy guys came in speaking Russian but they were a group having a bit of a good time after being out late I guess.
Then a boisterous guy came in and announced himself to his friends in English… another bar crowd.
30 min wait on cold hamburger.
I WILL NOT RETURN.
This is not the closest Whataburger to where I live but I thought I’d give it a try.
Worthless likened others. I could do a YouTube channel on late night/early morning Whataburger, that are almost all the same.
It's okay usually the quality is disappointing. It's open 24 hours. And the staff we're all respectful.
Food was cold and none of the extra burgers I added to the jr. burger were there. I wanted a refund but I was on a time crunch for a lunch break. I added picture to show that there is clearly just one patty.
They literally get my order wrong like 4 out of 5 times. I’m asking for a dry burger with dipping sauce on the side. That’s it. How hard can it be? This would be 5 stars if they could just get the order right.
The hamburgers here are delicious, the price is really good, two combos cost about +/- 23 dollars. The staff is really kind. The boots and tables have been always clean. There is always parking space.
This location is notorious for having the worst service in the area. Went into the dinning room and ordered a breakfast sandwich. There were only two other people inside. Sat down and waited 15min without getting served my order. Decided to cancel my order and as I was helped at the counter and informed the employee that I wished to cancel my order because it had been 10+min since I ordered he told me that my ordered was next and that it hadn't been 10min. Still canceled, drove less than 5miles to the next closest whataburger, ordered and got my food in less than 3min. DO NOT EXPECT SERVICE FROM MCNEIL AND PARMER. Go to Lake Creek and 620. Much better service, much better food overall.
Ordered food via app 20 minutes before arriving at the store. Still managed to take 30 minutes to receive food sitting in the lobby. Lunch breaks are generally 30 minutes so eating is not possible. Was told to come at another time to get a refund.
Late night drive through was longer than should have been wait. Otherwise food was good order precise.
