I'm not really a Whataburger hopper, but hey I have to get my fix while in Texas. Everything was good as to be expected from a Whataburger. The food was fresh, the service was friendly, and the place was clean. Prices are good and we enjoyed some family time.
This is a great Whataburger! They are consistent with their food and I’ve always had a great experience here. The food is always good and correct. They have great customer service!
The night shift on 11/5/24 had excellent service. Our burgers came out hot and ready, they were exactly what we ordered, with no mistakes on our orders. It was quite an enjoyable experience having a delicious burger to end the night on.
Very busy whataburger. Food was good quality. Service was typical high school kid level. The table area was a pit. Fries on the floor everywhere. We had to clean the least dirty table so we could eat. Bathroom needed cleaning. Nothing different than a lot of other fast food restaurants. Recommend if you want a quick bite.
I was sadden to have a cool whataburger. If it hadn't been busy, hungry, I would have returned immediately. However, it seemed the cashier was new and unfamiliar with all that was going on. I did have a coupon for a free burger, but I took it back because he wasn't exactly certain. Hopefully, I'll return soon
Edward at the counter was hands-down the BEST clerk we’ve ever interacted with at a restaurant. The service we received at this location was better than any sit-down restaurant: friendly, welcoming, and Edward was the icing on the cake! Thanks for being so sweet to the big group of Wyoming travelers, your “Texas treasure” lived up to its hype!
Aside from that mutt that brought my order to me without ice in the sweet tea and not being able to read the ticket that requested ketchup and not putting that in there, it was decent. I forgot with the quality of employees these places hire nowadays, I have to micro manage every little move they make since managers don't anymore. Burger was good, fries and tea were worthless.
I just gotta say, while all whataburgers are generally good, theyre are some that are just better than others. I dont know if it was the seasonings or the way they grilled the burger, but the crew on the night shift of 11/5/24 knocked it out of the park. Great job guys! ????
