I ordered a mobile order and i had an emergency situation that i can’t picked up the food. I called the store and asked them to hold the order so i can pick it up at a later time. Stephany the manager on duty willingly makes me a new order that i ordered 5 hours ago. They were very friendly and helpful.
it was. late and i ordered after a truck, he got his before me of course, but when i get to the window the worker asked what i got, and i repeated and paid. afterwards, two cars BEHIND me got their food and left without problem. after the second car left it took the worker asking me again what my order was and it still took a while. very disorganized and very inconsistent service.
I was looking forward to my sandwich from Whataburger after a long day, only to be total disappointed with the food and the service!!!! The drive thru late night service was terrible and the order was not as requested!! First off - the gentlemen that took my order “needs to listen” more and not cut the customer off while speaking!! If doing so, they may have got the order right!! Secondly, if the girl at the window with the shitty attitude - that slams the window after taking your card (money) & turning her back to you with no hospilitality doesn’t want to work, then send her on and give the job to someone that will appreciate it and regard their customers in a better way. I live 10 minutes from this location, but I’ll drive an hr if I have to in order to receive the service I deserve as a paying customer. I threw my sandwich in the trash!!, Don’t want it!!✌????
Ordered sandwich and fries, had my own tumbler cup for water so i didnt need their cup but was told that I would still get charged for water. Absolutely ridiculous, I've never heard of being charged for water. Penny pinch , I left and will never return to that location.
Just skip this location. Every time it takes forever just to get your food that’s never fresh and the order is wrong every time I’ve been there. The only thing right on today’s order was the fries. Burger had a ton of jalapeños I didn’t ask for, coffee tasted 3 days old, and to top it off the service was the worst part. They seem pissed you’re there and show it in the way they speak to you and at this point I’m assuming they make the food wrong on purpose. Was handed my food and window slammed closed, not a word said. Probably the last time I ever eat whataburger….
We come here for breakfast a lot and wish they had breakfast kid meals. This place will make my some anyone pancake meal w 2 stips of bacon.. more recently they made it in tje shape of ,ickey mouse (see photo)
Dine in with Fast and friendly service.. hot fresh food.. spicy chicken sandwich lives up to its name. The limited raspberry milkshake is only ok.
The staff is so friendly! My kids love to take pictures on the couch that looks like the back of an old car!
I absolutely LOVE Whataburger! Unfortunately, I live in Arkansas and can only get it when I go to Texas. I did find the best one in Chandler, TX. Clean, friendly staff, hot food, and the Coke was delicious!
