Placed a mobile order for immediate pick up. I went in, told the crew I was here for pick up. I had to wait 30 minutes to get burger meal from a mobile order. And on top of that, I asked for bacon which was almost $3 as an extra, guess what I didn't get... that's right...I didn't get the bacon I paid for on a burger I had to wait 30 minutes to get. Not worth driving back to the store to complain, in fact I'll never go back. Workers are all lazy and the dude who seemed like the manager was too busy trying to force everyone into laughing and having a good time when he shouldve been telling the workers to get it together. Another lady was there waiting for her mobile order and she said she had been there for 45 minutes and had already complained to the staff about how long she'd been there. Absolutely worthless. No work ethic. No hustle at all from the staff. Change up the staff. Can't give zero stars unfortunately, consider yourselves lucky you even get 1 star.
I don’t know what it is about this Whataburger in particular that sucks so bad, but I have never gotten the correct order. Just went got my order and they’ve completely neglected to give me fries. And never received a single order in under 15 or 20 minutes. I can tell that every single person working inside feels slighted by every customer coming through to order because they have to take their attention away from their phones to “earn” their money. Go to chenal if you want Whataburger.
Why are the floors so greasy!? I thought it was just one spot, but it is not! The whole restaurant, including the damn rest rooms, is greasy looking. I slipped into the doors and walls because I didn't expect a floor to be greasy.
The food is okay. For a patty melt advertised to be on texas toast with onions, where are the onions? Where is the texas toast? The cups are gross feelings as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Friendly service, made to order food, clean dining area. Originally ordered drive thru but since it was raining, came inside to wait so they didn't have to go out in the rain. Manager checked on us a couple times to make sure we didn't need anything and the food was good. ????
This Whataburger is great! Our burgers were exactly as requested and our fries were nice and hot. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Ashely brought out our food and she delivered it with a smile! They have nice clean bathroooms. We will be back!
A beautiful new store and some good food buuuut per usual with the territory the service is absolutely abhorrent. Don't expect any extras like ketchup, ranch, BBQ sauce like they do the other Whataburger restaurants. Nobody is walking around offering it to you here. Ava couldn't be bothered to take any orders, shed rather chill on her phone and talk to her fellow employees. I like the food but hate the service. While we sat and ate 2 gentlemen came to the counter before we got our food and they were still standing there almost 20 minutes after we left.
This location is by far the best!! Their customer service is awesome, always a warm and friendly greeting along with tasty food that is always correct when ordered. I enjoy coming here for lunch, I’m never disappointed and you’ll love it too!
The location in Maumelle has to be one of the worst Whataburger's I have ever been to! The service is slow, and they usually forget 1 or more of my food items! The last burger was ridiculously made. How could they present something like that.. photo included.
