This is the best Whataburger in the state! I've never had to wait very long, the people are always friendly, the restaurant is always clean and the food is always consistent. This has not my experience with other Whataburgers often. But I go to this location regularly because it is so awesome.
I've been to quite a few whataburgers in my time and this one was great. The proportion of the burger contents was amazing and well distributed. Would come here again.
Edit: The order today was good, based on the food. However, the ordering process and the wait was a bit long. Seems like a bit of mismanagement.
Whenever we come by during the day, they do well: good food, smooth service, plenty of spicy ketchup.
Whenever we swing by at night (6-10pm) they can be… much slower, frankly.
I’m talking ~5-7 mins from order box to window, and then maybe 5 more mins at window. I think it depends on who’s working? Or perhaps we went on unfortunate days. Just no urgency and less service/communication. Other than this, the store is great.
Just ordered two bobs both with sweet teas, one order having fries instead of the hash browns. After receiving the order and driving home trusting it would be right; both sweet teas were unsweet and I did not receive a side of fries with my order. I have the receipt correctly stating what I should be receiving but what I have actually received is not reciprocating.
I don’t know what happened to this location. The food use to be fresh. The chicken isn’t done half of the time and the fries are always cold. Several employees that are still there are friendly with the exception of Jana. I’ve witnessed her yelling at other employees multiple times. i’ve also seen a grown man take a shit on the sidewalk behind the dumpsters. What’s going on here? i want my good Whataburger back!
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to catch everyone’s name tonight but Hunter and everyone else working the shift with him at 6:30pm on 11/10. Yall made our night. The food was great and our interactions with you were better. Thank you!

I visited this Whataburger location this evening and it was an EXCELLENT experience. Jana in the drive-thru was compassionate, courteous, kind, polite and helpful. Her customer service was impeccable. She got my order correct, read it back to me and had my drinks ready for me as soon as I pulled up to the window. Additionally, she joked with me and we had a pleasant conversation. When she brought my food out, she allowed me to double-check and be sure that I received everything and in the way I asked (i.e. burger cut in half, hot fries, etc.).
So, I speak for everyone when I say, WE LOVE JANA! Keep her and give her all the raises! She deserves it.
This Whataburger is incredibly slow, consistently. The interesting thing is, the food isn’t even always hot. It’s okay if you are really wanting Whataburger but definitely don’t go if you are in any sort of a hurry. You can stop by Chicken E or Freddy’s if you need something quick.
