I am struggling to understand HOW this was acceptable to put on food and send out. This lettuce is slimy and brown. It's not something you can just miss. This is disgusting. How hard is it to pull out the bad lettuce? Pure laziness and disregard from the kitchen staff. They don't have to eat it, so clearly, they do not care.
I recently went through the drive-thru at Whataburger, but it wasn’t a good experience. I understand that fast food can get busy, but I waited around 15 minutes just to place my order. When I finally got to the speaker, the employee took another 8 minutes when he finally responded I began my ordering only to be interrupted mid order. I wasn’t done, so I had to clarify that I wanted additional items, which he responded to with the same abruptness.
When I got my food, I stayed polite and wished him a good night, but the experience only got worse. At home, I found they had left out the picante sauce I requested. I decided to let it go and use my own salsa, but as I was halfway through my burrito, I noticed a fly stuck in it. (I lost my appetite after that)
As someone who works in fast food, I know it can be hard during busy times. However, rushing customers and being rude isn’t acceptable, especially after such a long wait—and finding a fly in my food was just disappointing. I hope Whataburger will take customer service and food quality more seriously in the future.
In n out will forever be in my heart… I went to Whataburger tonight as I crave it every once in a while I ordered a number two meal and asked for it plane just right when I was going to tell the older white lady what I wanted to drink she told me the total due and didn’t give me the option to get what I wanted to drink. Then I got home to chow down on the burger and there it was, the burger that I didn’t ask for (it wasn’t plane) get it together
Me and my family eat here almost everyday. It's our spot. People are friendly and the management is fair and not rude to you. It's clean and always fresh. Fantastic job. Also, they hire young people and give them a solid start in life. I think that's cool.
Love graveyard overnight crew at this location, Liz is awesome, Matthew keeps it interesting, and James is a hard worker, and with them two, he's just along for the ride!! It's definitely entertaining, sometimes sounds like bro and sis bickering, lol, food is always great and fresh, anytime I had issue with cold hash browns or fries, got fixed immediately with fresh ones! Always treating me with respect and doesn't downgrade me like other places just because I have a backpack, and struggling with homelessness, always treats me like family, happy to see me, Appreciate that!! Love ya rufe snow night crew!!????????????
Worst Whataburger in town! They have done This the last TWO times my family has ordered here. Meat was not cooked and they literally filled our fries and onion rings about half full, but of course charged us full price. We will not be going back. Rudest people at the window too! Ridiculous.
I gave the benefit of it being 5:16am that it would take a while. I ordered the breakfast bowl, bacon, with cheddar jalapeno biscuit. I waited nearly 15 minutes with people staring at me as they passed the window. It wasn't too busy. I get my order and lo and behold its an 8 sausage and gravy and cheese. I ordered what I ordered because I can't handle sausage and gravy and cheese.
I tried calling to resolve the issue. No one will pick up the phone.
So I wasted 7 bucks. Couldn't even eat it and it wasn't even so busy that it was easy to see how they made a mistake. It was me and the one group inside. That's it.
Worst Whata experience ever. Hash browns were so brown and tasted like straight up grease. Forgot my honey butter chicken biscuit but was charged for it. Never asked if we wanted meals just assumed we wanted the single item by itself. No syrup, napkins or sauces at all
