Now yes, i understand that it is late in the day, but god forbid that I can get an edible burger worth the price. For the price and wait I have had better burgers in the microwave. The service was great, friendly smiles and an enjoyable experience people wise, but the burger, never again. Not only was the food so bad the soda machine had no carbonation in the drinks and had to settle for water. 2/10 experience thank the lord I don’t live anywhere near here.
First time Whataburger experience, the line was insanely long out the door. However the couple of people taking orders were moving people through very fast. I liked that when we ordered with each item they went through the options it made ordering for a large group run very smoothly. The burger was top notch, fries were good but pretty average. We had a big order and everything was made perfectly!! I'd definitely go back despite the long line.
Everything about this restaurant was Great! Tamara, was such a delight!! Now that’s Great customer service. Pleasant smile, friendly and helping, even sold us on 2 cinnamon rolls we didn’t even know we needed. Super clean restaurant and excellent food loved my sweet and spicy burger and onion rings rock!
thanks for the jizz burger. i asked for no veggies on my burger and there are onions which i am allergic too its to darn hot to travel back to this establishment when my order should have been right the first time. presentation is just terrible mayo and ketchup busting out the sides drenching the darn bread! i was pulled up so there drive thru time wouldn’t be affected yet the food given to me for the time that i waited i expected my food just the way i ordered it and presentable
Great visit! Tamara greeted us warmly as soon as we entered and took our order. Our food came out quickly, hot and fresh. Delicious patty melt! Great service, friendly staff and the food is point.
Tamara is AMAZING! She made sure we were greeted when we entered even though she was completing a task, and stopped to take our order. Once our food was ready she made sure it was delivered to us and we had all of our sauces. While we were eating, she was constantly busy, making sure the dining room was clean, orders went out, and everyone was taken care of. SHE made this visit amazing!
We always enjoy Whataburger in Florida! This is the first time we have visited this location, but it was a great one! The gentleman that helped us, was friendly, remembered our names (and the sitting area was full), and seen when we were done and getting ready to leave and was taking our food with us - brought us a bag to put everything in! The service was fast, the food was excellent, and the customer service was great! Definitely recommend this location!
I have loved whataburger for as long as I can remember. Those delicious fries with the spicy ketchup… the juicy burger… tonight o ordered through Uber eats and part of my order was missing, my fries were shriveled up and cold ( imagine what happens when you microwave your fries) and my burger ( patty melt was sooo burnt and the whole thing was cold, like so old that it was inedible. No pride taken in the preparation at all. That is honestly the worst thing I’ve ever had. And I really want my cinnamon roll that didn’t make it into the bag.
