The customer service was dynamite. The restaurant was clean and food super. However, I just can't get over Charles Merritt the guy behind the register taking orders make the atmosphere phenomenal. Thank you so much
The worst experience ever!!! We literally waited over 30 minutes for our food. The kids were starving, the kitchen was soooo slow. I get made to order when breakfast is slowing down but we ordered at 10:27. Breakfast ends at 11:00am and received most our food at 11:08am. Then little one didn’t get her fries so we asked for them and waitied again. Finally we Asked the manager for them since he was sitting at a table talking with a man the entire time. We were not the only ones waiting and fustrated. The only good thing about our experience was the sweet cashier who was doing her best to help everyone.
Food was pretty good. Got the whataburger patty melt and a honey bbq chicken strip sandwich. Definitely sticking to the patty melt from now on.
Sonya McFarland, the manager, is the absolute BEST! She leads her crew WELL! Kyrstee, the cashier is exceptional at customer service. She is fast and courteous with a smile! And Christee, I think was her name, new lady, is the perfect addition to this team! Whataburger on the spur has the dream team and they deserve to be recognized!! God bless y'all!
The girl at the drive thru just told me "I'm sorry we're not taking orders we have a truck here and people don't know how to show up for work." Meanwhile there's an 18 wheeler blocking the drive thru and 6 cars in line at the window.

2 am coming for lunch (work graveyard so this is lunch hour) ordered whataburger meal with onion rings and sweet and Spicy burger with fries …. The cashier was the sweetest and didn’t make us feel like a bother at all while ordering our altered burgers… the cook made things nice and fresh just as we ordered … delicious …. The restaurant was so clean and ready for the next flood of customers!!!
I would like to say that the crew at night after 9p is FANTASTIC! This is my 2nd time going and not once have they missed! Even down to the amounts of ketchup and the kind I asked for. My drink was exactly how I asked for it. Thank you all for that! Crew was friendly as well. 1st time I went it was busy. This last time not so much. Still same consistency for me. Ty again! I appreciate those who properly fulfill orders.
Went through the drive though, with only one car ahead of us. Waited forever for one sausage and cheese biscuit. Whataburger is known for being slow since they were bought out, but this location took the cake.
