Waited 5 minutes to place my order No one was behind the counter, rude service by all staff not one person seemed happy to be at the job I even had a girl roll her eyes at me for no reason and the same girl placed her condiments tray for me to get instead of asking what would I like she placed her dirty tray directly on my fries, I feel this whataburger has gone down hill it use to be my favorite location the late night crew is still cool but this shift does not no about customer service not one smile not one greet the whole restaurant is miserable
I just waited 20 min for 1 buffalo chicken sandwich combo and 1 bbq chicken sandwich. Finally bring the food the lady was rude. I get home just to have ice cold fries and both chicken sandwiches buffalo ranch. When I worked at this place I got 5.15 an hour and had expectations. Now they get 10+ with lower expectations. What a joke
Always missing something, they can never get an order correct. What a shame!!!!

06/14/24 630am. Victor Torres took our order and he was amazing. Very very professional, very happy, very helpful... This kid was very well trained and has great manners... Good for hiring him.. Five stars to him. It makes me happy to know people are happy this early in the morning, great way to start the day!!!

I've eaten here at this whataburger location 4 or 5 times in the past year for short morning/afternoon breaks from work and everytime I come here the food is ice cold..the french fries are Always stale and and cold and the chicken in the buffalo sandwich etc is cold as well and rock hard..I work hard for my money and this whataburger location is way below unacceptable...I'll never ever eat at this whataburger location again ????
The food is undeniably delicious but I'd rather drive the extra distance to Lomaland so that I might avoid the abhorrent customer service they're fishing out at this location. Other than that, good job.
