First time at Whataburger as we are from South Dakota. Glen welcomed us when we came in. He ensured our order was accurate. He made my kids their shakes and let us try the new peppermint shake. The shakes were very good. Our food came out soon after and was very tasty. We are glad we decided to try Whataburger before our long trek home.

Our first time here at a Whataburger. Was greeted when we came in and the gentleman was very nice and helpful. I had the #1 meal which was not bad. I should have gotten less toppings, but at least I know now. Everything was proper temp and the server was nice. Place was clean. Did not use the bathroom.
If you’re lucky enough to have Glen serve you, you’re in for a treat! Glen is the definition of customer service excellence. With a smile as big as Texas and energy that could power the drive-thru, he made our day brighter. His genuine friendliness make you feel like family. Whataburger is already great, but with Glen, it’s an experience. Five stars for Glen—he’s the real MVP!
First time ever and we went because everyone said it was so unique and good. The seasonal Blue Cheese burger I ordered was delicious tasting. The others in my group got the normal burgers straight off the menu. Burgers were good, they look lame, but tasted good. Fries were yuck, thin shoestring and cold. Ordering from a kiosk was very unimpressive. The floor was extremely slick. The bathroom was dirty. Not excited to ever go back.
I went at 10:30 am on a Wednesday. I was the only person in the dining area when I first walked in & only 2 cars were in the drive-thru. So my low review is not due to long wait times. I don't know if the floor had recently been mopped or if it was just greasy, but it was insanely slippery! As other people started coming in, I watched all of them struggle not to fall as well. (No signs of wet / slippery floor.) The men's bathroom was fairly dirty & of course no towels. Staff was not friendly. While waiting for my food I was shocked out how many flies were in the dining room! While they were everywhere... I noticed that the booths that were upholstered had way more flies. So I moved to a table with a hard chair. They still were all around me though. Food took a while, but I think it's because it all had to be cooked fresh since I was there during a slow time. So no complaints about the wait time. I was not a fan of the food though. It was not horrible, but I have no desire to ever go back for more.
Arrived at 5:30 (on a Sunday) for inside and the line took about 40 minutes to order. Amazingly, the food came out in about another 5 minutes. TBH, I’m not a believer in the Whataburger hysteria that’s been all over KC, but it was good and you’ve got to say you did it. I was surprised by how small the inside seating was. Feels like they could have built it twice the size.
The food was delicious ???? and the service was good. They have a nice drive-through with two lanes that help speed up the ordering process.
