My husband and child went here this morning on 8/20 at 7:20-7:25 am. Order was taken but when they pulled up to the window neither them or the car in front of them were helped. They drove off after ten minutes in line. The dining area was almost empty. I get its “fast” food but my goodness that’s unacceptable.
Worst store. Been going here for years and they have just gone down hill in the last few. Tried to give them another chance tonight but they failed again. Last time I will try to eat here.
My husband went to this location, after he finished eating, he ordered a Whataburger Jr. to go, for me. He waited 13 min. before asking a lady about it.She brought it out in 3 min. Not sure how long it sat on counter! Coldest burger I have ever had! Awful service,!
I was over charged. 4.49 instead the price for an egg and cheese for 2.99. Which is why I ORDERED it the way I ordered it. Which when the clerk needed help a manager came by just to over charge me. I also was over charged for egg and cheese biscuit meal.
I don't appreciate being over charged. I want a to be compensated for the over charged.

The team lead/ manager was polite but rude and ignored the price difference which is unprofessional conduct towards a customer. Along with biscuits having been out a while and we're hard like a rock, not moist and soft and fresh like it is supposed to be. It made my food even less enjoyable.
When food was brought to my table hashbrowns were forgotten.
Carol (the skinny girl,Elderly girl) unless she was using a register on someone else's name was delightful.
The manager/team lead (larger portioned woman) did not clearly communicate with her staff.
Had to describe people based off of violation of whataburger policy with 0 name tags.
Went in late night manager was working the counter had the order out so fast everything was in the bag I like that he asked the employee to double check all condiments requested were in the bag we all have been there get home and something you asked for is missing that was really appreciated this Whataburger one of the best in Lubbock ????
Horrible Food, horrible. Ordered a kids chicken strips meal. The strips were black/dark brown. They are supposed to be Golden. They tasted horrible. Not worth the price and wait time At alll! I am paying full price to get quality, fresh food, not stale, black oil, disgusting food. This was my last visit here. Never again.
I'm not sure if i can trust this place. They give me expired apple slices which turned black. Besides, i ordered diet coke for pickup. It didn't taste like coke. It was definitely Dr pepper.
We had a great experience here this morning. We came on a day when this location had several employees call in sick, but even with only 3 workers, they never seemed stressed, and they remained courteous and kind! I always appreciate how clean this location is.
There are several locations in Lubbock, but this one is one of the best. Always consistent and always good food!
