I ordered for curbside pickup at 2:05 only to have to get down 15 to check on my food and another 25 to get the person on the counter to assist me. I ordered at 2:05 only to get my food at 2:44. There were so many people missing so many items to their meals. And not one manager in sight to complain to. The girl at the register was trying her best and not rude but she definitely needed more help. Oh and my order was still wrong after already waiting by 40 minutes. The entire wait was a disappointment that I was no longer craving the meal I ordered. Definitely should have corporate come in a check it out without the location’s knowledge.
The food is okay. It gets business because it's one of the few places anywhere it exists that's open 24 hours, the prices are reasonable, and the place is clean. Plus they serve breakfast from 11 pm to 11 am, so that's pretty great.
It's worth getting the app so you can get offers for cheap or free food from day one, and if you order ahead, your food is waiting on you by the time you turn up.
The strange thing about this place is that they usually charge extra for cheese. That's even stranger when you consider they'll just give you bacon on your burger for free. They're satisfactory. Salads are fresh. Fries are crispy. The standout I've had is the jalapeño cheddar biscuit. Definitely get one of those with Monterey jack cheese, sausage, and egg. It's pleasant drunk food.
Most people seem to order ahead, grab it, and go, so you can dine in relative peace there, even during the day. I don't even bother with the screen point of sale any more. I'd rather go have a seat, order in app, then read until it's done. This place gets my introverted night owl stamp of approval.
I ordered ahead not thinking that my getting salad and fries meant they'd put my tray under a heat source so the cheese was melted. But it still tasted fine. The honey mustard was okay, I'll probably get a different dressing next time.
Super cold the cheese is still hard not melted at all. Forgot all condiments. Awful experience . Will share same bad review on google, yelp and every other site. Cause this is awful. Fries cold and onion rings. Brand new business and already 2.7. Hopefully they’ll go out of business like the other places in that space
Working in the area and I've come here a few times. Im giving low ratings because they are extremely slow. Theres nothing fast about this food be prepared to wait 20 mins easily. Im working a min away and each time i go well over my 15 min break. The food is good and its a clean place they slow as hell. Pulled this morning they closed the drive thru to do a delivery. The truck blocked the main road. People inside had been waiting long waits so i turned around and left. Why wouldnt they park the truck in the lot?
Double burger no cheese. Asked for jalapenos..nope I couldn't. Asked for BBQ sauce and nope I could only have it on the side and behold it was never put in my bag but was charged for BBQ sauce. Long wait for a mediocre sandwich.
The absolute worst Whataburger I've been to. The dirtiest and slowest. I couldn't chew my fries. The burger was cold and drenched in mustard. The onions were cut in big squares that dont stay on the sandwhich.The curb outside of the drive through wondow has massive build up of old food. The place looks ran down as I was looking at it during my 12 minute wait in the drive thru w no customers. The staff is unprofessional. I would like to know who owns this store I do not waste my time going to anymore of their locations they own if this is who they employ. I absolutely will not return and will warn others.
The place is cool but the counters need to be cleaned up. There was water on the floor with a wet sign and it looked like puddles. I know it rained but it needed a good mopping. Other than that service was good and fries were good
The customer service was flawess which made the long line easier to cope with lol...Fries and apple pie...amazing!!! The burger was okay but slightly disappointing for the cost! It was great in size but it wasn't fresh and I barely had any lettuce ???? debating on if I'll be back or not.
