I'm never really impressed with this location but we waited for our food for nearly fifteen minutes. They only gave me half a cup of gravy, our fries were cold and hard, and my wife's chicken sandwich wasn't cooked to order. Her onions weren't grilled how she asked. It looked like someone just slapped them on the grill for a few seconds. There's no telling how old my apple pie was. We were impressed with the service other than the fact how slow it was considering it wasn't that busy. We will be going to Santa Fe once they open from now on.
We always get the chicken strips with gravy. Flavourful and simple. Their fries are just right. The atmosphere is clean, the staff are friendly and quick, and parking has never been an issue. On occasion, I have seen employees outside with the traffic taking orders. I don't think this is safe in any way. I would avoid it here when I see them out there.

Great job Whataburger...oh and let me tell you if you have never tried the Dr pepper shake ...try it ..you will be hooked ...my husband and I both got melts and they were great .

This location is trash. I ordered delivery. They forgot to add an item to my order which is theft seeing how I paid for it and did not receive it. The cheese slice on my burger was not melted and cold and it peeled right off. The buns were flat. Ive been a 30 year customer but never again. This business has fallen in the past few years. The employees here could care less which means management could care less and reflects on the owners. Good luck. This is not Texas food anymore. Look at the rest of the reviews here and see if this business cares about you.
We made a big order on Saturday for our dealership. The wait was a little longer than we expected. Kalanie the store manager called and apologized for the inconvenience. It was very thoughtful of her. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful!!!
The service was great even though he got my order wrong. I ordered a double cheeseburger, but I got a single. The food was dry and nasty. The fries were nasty. EVERYTHING about place was just NASTY.
Fam business franchisors. I often get just a medium French fries here, and often get a courtesy drink, my safe bet against sodas is sweet tea half-and-half with unsweetened and sweetened. I grab a bunch of black pepper to help digestion (enzymatic stimulation). They’re open 24/7, cleanness and order are their top assets, and a dedicated team of service line. They serve on tables, have reserved tables and ramps up to entrance for the disabled, and a safe place to seat down, dine and gather with friends.
Pretty horrible. In line for 10 minutes no one taking orders. Saturday at 730pm
