Food was ok. However, I ordered before 3 other people. I didn't get my food for over 20 minutes. Everyone else got their food long before I did. This was a first for me. Food normally is out long before. Not sure what happened but it was not a normal situation for Whataburger. Someone dropped the ball. Hope it gets better for them.
I usually don’t go somewhere for a 3rd time after other mistakes but tonight I have then the benefit of the doubt.
My family and I came to dine in for dinner. They had no one inside which had us believe the service would be quick.
We ordered and waited about 15-20 minutes which is no big deal.
When the food arrived we noticed my wives meal had tomatoes through the wrapper (which she did not want). Upon opening the wrapper I found that they also decided to include a finger covering glove. Disgusted I went to bring it to the mangers attention. When she saw it she took it and walked back to the kitchen. To my surprise her, another manager, and the rest of the staff looked at the burger and laughed. I assume unsanitary practice in their kitchen must be hilarious at this time of night. At this point the manger Antonio came over, still laughing, telling us they would remake it. I told him I just wanted a refund at tire point which he then proceeded to roll his eyes and walked off. When Antonio and the other manager return they proceeded to argue with me that they couldn’t refund me unless they recharged my card and canceled it since they just had a “ New system” put in today? Obviously that made no sense so I persisted to ask just for them to go on another register and refund me. Pretty pathetic service and management. With all the laughter it feels this was intentional.

they forgot the french-fries meanwhile there are not busy at all.
call them multi-time to confirm the problem but no one picking up the fone.

They constantly short my large fry like this every single time, not sure why I still upgrade if I get the equivalent of a medium still.
Had a mixup with method of payment which was quickly rectified by Michaela, she acted professionally and with a grace that can only be attributed to a high level of emotional intelligence. Michaela, thank you so much for the high quality customer service.
I bought 3 different hamburgers fries and apple pies. The buns were not toasted . The meat was very dry and the lettuce was cut in big squares. The apple pie was hard and not tasty. The fries were cold and not fresh. Thick sliced Jalapenos and I love Jalapenos but way to thick. Dissapointing for the price. Won't go back even though it's near my house.
Worst service ever! Fries hard and old. Asked for a fresh spicy chicken- was told “it is fresh.”Unable to eat - chicken really old. & hard. Missing part of my order as well.
Online order was set for pickup at 10:58 pm. Did not receive order until almost midnight eventhough I was there before 11. It was not a large order, 2 #13s and a number 1. Around 1130 I was handed 3 cups for the drinks and there was no ice. I asked if they were out of ice and I got a sigh, eye roll, and then they took my cups to the back to fill with ice. After I received the food (45 minutes later than the app said I should arrive) I checked everything, and the number 1 had a burger in the bag with maybe 4 to 5 fries laying in the bag. I went again to the counter to ask why it was like this, and they said to check the chicken boxes. I opened them both up on the counter to show I was not trying to get anything for free, just what I ordered. They then took the bag back and put fries in it. I was offered a chocolate chip cookie for the trouble, but i gave it back. An hour of time is worth much more than a cookie. This place used to be great, but it seems like it has changed. I have left good reviews of this store before, and this is the first negative one. I think I will give this store a break for a while. Tried to submit to whataburger customer service, but I guess that is broken too, so I posted here.
