Pretty sad experience at this Whataburger in particular. It was late night and we really needed to eat since we skipped dinner. Late night Whataburger to the rescue! We ordered in the drive thru, got the food the second we pulled up to pay at the window (incredibly fast!) We brought the food back to our hotel room to find missing items and 2 very dry chicken patties that looked like they’ve been sitting under the heat lamp for the last 6 hours. We only got ONE of the TWO ordered breakfast biscuits. Not to mention the fries being cold and stale. They didn’t get cold on the 3 minute drive back to our hotel room, they were placed in the bag cold!! Getting our food incredibly fast came at a cost to us! Terrible chicken patties and an entire breakfast biscuit missing as well as our condiments! This location NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!!! This location should be ashamed to have failed the good quality of the orange arches!!
My first experience at a Whataburger wasn't a good one. My second experience, today, was 100% better. Staff was friendly, and the business was clean. Food tasted real good, was hot and fresh. Thank you ????

Had a custom whatameal #1 with onion rings and they swapped with someone else lol….. took a little long since they had to redo my onion rings ???? good luck who ever got onion ring instead of fries
The food was really good and the service was too, all my food came out warm, and a kind whataburger teamember named layla was very hospitable and got all my food out to me, music could be better
Whataburger used to be so good but it has gone down I went yesterday around 6pm and I got a number 1 and went I started to eat my burger I noticed the red meat in my burger not a little bit a lot ????
What a waste of time here the employee who’s at the drive thru window is beyond rude didn’t get the order correct had wait longer to get it corrected just for it to come out wrong again we finally just said forget it she hands the bag off to my husband without napkins ketchup the ranch that we order for our salad not to mention we asked her if the condiments and utensil was in there and of course they weren’t. We had to honk and wait for her to come back to the window to handle the stuff. this is the second time this happens just way worse when you have to deal with a worker who has the worst attitude ever I didn’t write a review the first time it happened nor did I pick up my complementary meal from the last time that their manager Sydney was going to replace because they got it wrong
I figured they would have gone their act together and made things right the second time around But nope, this was the worst experience ever not going to call to get my order re-corrected. Hopefully this review will help others to not waste their time nor money at this location beyond disappointing
Shame on whataburger for allowing this type of people to serve paying customers.
Please do not come to this location probably better of going to the one down the street or simply picking a different fast food place all the way around they deserve no stars
