When I tell you. This is a great location. Busy. But move fast. By the time we got our drinks and sat down the lady was coming with our food. Manager is very nice. Food was fresh and made exactly the way I ordered. I love on the opposite side of town. But I won't have a problem driving the extra miles just for a great meal. Thank you Whataburger.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage on a jalapeño cheddar biscuit. They said there was going to be a wait and I said that was fine. I paid and they told me to move up and wait. A little over 10 minutes they bring me my food and I head to work. I open the wrapper to take a bite and it's a regular biscuit. Disappointed.
Had a terrible experience my order took more than twenty minutes to get then everything was cold and tenders were rock hard and hardly any gravy asked to speak to manager was never found then cashier was rude and employees were taking their lunch break and they were cussing during their entire time they were in the lobby eating. It's obvious there was no manager here to help.
Was in outside line for almost 45 minutes they weren't helping a van infront of me. Was finally able to move to inside lane and when I got to window I asked for manager and asked what was going on explained that they were not helping the cars on outside line. His reply ma'am we have 10 people and we just made over 1700.00 in an hour. I asked him what does that have to do with my complaint I asked for my order which when he gave it to me I noticed the cold fries I told him no sir you give me hot fries especially after I've been waiting this long. I ve never had this problem so needless to say I was very disappointed and got home with a terrible headache.
One on SW Military is so much better. This place never has onion rings. Wished I learned the first time I ordered.
Great food & service. Staff members were personable and friendly yet still professional. They were promoting their new limited edition caramel latte shake for $1 with your purchase. Iced carmel coffee is my favorite, and this shake didn't disappoint, The flavors were very well balanced, the coffee didn't overpower the caramel flavor, and the ice cream was blended in seamlessly. If you are in need of a cold refreshing drink, I would definitely recommend trying a caramel latte shake from Whataburger.
Food is always great. Only suggestion is a way to speed up the drive thru service. But greatly appreciate the food and great customer service. Thank you guys
Great tasting burgers! It was late and some vagrants were around. Manager was supernice!
