Even at the airport, Whataburger has yet to disappoint me. I don't live near any Whataburger location, so when I turned the corner at Houston Hobby's food court and saw the glorious Whataburger orange sign, I was a very happy traveler that day. Of course, I'd eat Whataburger everyday if left to my own devices.
While I was ordering for my (family of 6) the old lady with the bad perfume was making an annoyed face. When the food came the fries were cold, the onion rings tasted old, the burger bread was toasted but the cheese was cold, the vegetables were nasty and my burgers came with all the vegetables and mustard. My family and I removed the stuff we didn’t like from the burgers but when I went and asked for a new burger for my daughter because she didn’t want it the same lady said I never asked for it dry and was hesitant to make another one until I basically had to read her the ticket and tell her I wanted a new burger like the one I paid for.
Service was great . Mr John was very on point on customer service .but the food was a different story. Thefood was cold and looked like it's sitting for a while , burgers were put together sloppy, and fries were cold and hard ,dark colored . I've been to numerous whataburgers in different locations. I've never left a review anywhere but this place I was very unsatisfied,so I had to leave a disappointment review.

It is extremely disappointing to spend my hard earned money on an overpriced breakfast burger that you can’t even put in the bag. I had not been to this location in months due to a poor experience in the Spring. The first time I return, a simple order with 5 items cannot be fulfilled. To all who see this, go to Panda Express or Chipotle, both of which are nearby. This Whataburger staff is not capable of functioning properly.
This was me and my husband's first time at Whataburger. We don't have any in Utah, and the closest to us is Denver.
We actually were enticed to come here thanks to YouTuber's Jolly (Josh and Olly) and their reviews. Everything looked so good! I especially wanted to try the Dr. Pepper shake, and it did not disappoint!
I had the patty melt. Boy was it good! My husband first tried the Jalapeño burger. The fries are amazing! They (sorry to offend) remind me a little bit of McDonald's fries, but better. My husband HATES McDonald's fries, but loves these, so that's saying something. Probably our favorite fast food fries ever now!
We also liked the dipping sauces. I didn't try them all, but by far the best one is the spicy ketchup! It's not that spicy, just a little tingle to the tongue, and honestly tastes better than regular ketchup!
My husband loved it so much, he got a chicken bbq sandwich to go (even though he was already full) and we went back again the next day for more for dinner. :D
Staff was very friendly, and all the food is cooked to order, so there will be a little wait. Totally worth it! I do wish my patty melt had a bit more crunch to it. The bread was softer than I'd like, but taste was all there. About the only thing I had to complain about, really.
10/10 So good! Please bring Whataburger to Utah!!!
There was a long line, and it took the cashier and manager at least 4 tries to get my order correct. Once we all got our food, it was good. Also, one of the girls who brought out part of our order, accused me of being "aggressive with her" when I was attempting to voice my concerns to her about the meal. I was also initially charged for 3 full meals O did not order, resulting in a charge $30 over what it should have been. I just wanted to take my daughters here for the first time as they had never ate there.
Sylvia J. Took our order at 4:23 here it’s 4:58 and still no order, we order regular meals and had numerous cars pass us. looks like she hates her job/had an attitude. we need better people who loves too work. Fries wasn’t even fresh. COLD.
