This location sucks ass. I pulled into the drive thru at 12:50am
Placed my order at 1:05am
And received my order at 1:20am
Only to find that they forgot my fries and dipping sauce. Went to walk inside instead of waiting in the car line again only for an employee and manager just to be standing in the lobby bsing around and when they see me try to open the door clearly holding up my receipt they motion for me to get back into the car line.
And here.... Now at home I open my sandwich to finally eat my meal and find out that they also messed up my order. It's 1:55am I am beyond pissed ????
Was super excited to have whataburger after being out of state for a year, showed up and order the #13 and #1 it took 45 minuets to get my order 20 of which I was at the window while the crew inside laughed and were watching tiktoks together. Miss the food, but not the mediocre effort and service.
I didn’t even mean to give it a one starts about the worst managed Whataburger. There is in this whole state of Texas drive-through took 30 minutes to get to my order the first car that I saw when I pulled up they kept having to give it back and give it back to him and then give it back to the customer back-and-forth and then you figure all the order of other orders would be ready to go. No, they were taking a sweet time making them one at a time I would never come here again please stay away from this. Whataburger. Do not go near this place. It’s stupid. It sucks. People are on a time schedule. I’ve seen Whataburger flow a lot faster than this and this is not one of them fire everybody.
We opt it for dine in and that was a big mistake. first the order took way too long to prepare though it was not busy. when order finally ready, food was cold. the restaurant it self looked clean at first glance but my companion almost falls due to a over greasy floor. it was very slippery. thank God my shoes are anti slip. manager how ever was nice and helped my companion walk outside. over all I don't recommend this location to any one.
So rude!!! Gave me my order wrong! Waited so long and continued to be rude after I confronted them giving me my order wrong. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
The food was not made right. Told the ketchup, lettuce, pickles, jalapenos. Didn't get that. The fries are cold. Had to go through the drive thru twice for my onion rings. The whole trip took 45 minutes in that time they served 5 people. Not good
If I could give this WB a negative rating I would .. I ordered breakfast two breakfast on the buns with hash brown. No one was in line. The breakfast on the buns were cold as ice. The hash browns were old and I should have checked before I left but normally you're thinking if Whataburger in the morning. No one's there. Fresh food. No issues not the case. Decided to just not go back to this one ever again. It's close by my job but I'm not going back. This is the third time this has happened to me at this Whataburger three times. Three strikes you're out.
