I don’t know if this crew is new or what. But the last 4 times I have been there they have messed my order up major. The onion rings and fries was soft and greasy. They acted like someone ate some of the onion rings (why would I want a raw onion ring!!) gotta do better.
After a long night of work I treated myself to basically meanspirited service. They fixed my sandwich in way that was intentionally bad. See the pics. Update-the manager today basically said the staff was probably rushed, burgers flip over all the time. Basically it was nonsense and very little accountability. That actually explained a lot.
We have never eaten at a Whataburger. We actually ate at one a couple nights ago and then yesterday afternoon had lunch at another one. Good hamburgers and friendly serve.
Definitely more going on here than standard fast food, I had a good experience with the store, food and atmosphere here. Wish they built some of these in my area down south ..
Ordered a meal with a side of onion rings, paid $13 in a meal, instead of onion rings the staff gave me a fries. Didn't checked my order not until i got home because i trust them too much to do their job right.
Late meal after driving all day. Went through the drive-thru, and my order was quick, but the line didn't move for 5 mins. Once it started rolling again, I was in and out.
The food was hot and fresh and correct.
A great late night option for a delicious patty melt or early breakfast after 11pm. The menu is very diverse for a late night drive thru or quick pick up using the app, which I strongly recommend downloading to save time. The workers are generally polite and have had one provide excellent customer service. Rarely use the drive thru but the lobby is clean and well lit. Never see too much craziness like I have at the Highway 29 location or 9th Ave one.
Strongly recommend location for the qt 3.14 that are not on the menu but frequently available or in view.
I contracted food poisoning and had to got to the ER after visiting this location. Upon informing customer service, I was offered an apology and 500 reward points. I spent 6 hours vomiting in the ER and Whataburger thinks a free biscuit is an appropriate apology. Until they can investigate the employees that willingly served food that did not meet standards, I wouldn't take the chance.
Update: I notified their corporate headquarters of the situation, and posted the above review. No one at Whataburger has even reached out to find out more details. Remember, waffle House is 24 hours and you won't even wait as long for your food.
