It's everything you expect from a typical American burger place! The staff is kind, the store is clean inside, there's an open airy feel to the restaurant. You can get your own refill on soda inside. They also have a drive-through. The burgers are greasy and wonderful, loaded with whatever toppings you wanted, and their milkshakes / drink cups are HUGE!!! Kids love coming here, too. I like this location a lot. Tried the new patty melt it was super saucy.
We ordered 5 meals at 6:49pm today. We waited until 7:10 to get our food. Everything except the chicken strips on 2 of the meals was cold. 3 burgers , 5 fries, all cold. $62 for a 20 min wait for cold food.
The only reason we didn’t reorder is that we didn’t want to wait another 20 more minutes.
This restaurant is usually 5 stars. Today, it was a challenge to give it 2 stars. Big Fail.
I work nights and after I get off work from serving I come here with my family to dine in. Every time I see Jeremiah working the hardest and is outstanding. While working hard and busy he also keeps the environment relax and enjoyable. He stopped what he was doing to unlock the bathroom when many were capable. Only reason I come to this location.
Food has always been pretty good, I order online usually at 2am after work. However, the customer service and one young girl wearing glasses really made my night. I ordered a shake and their shake machine was down. She said I could substitute for a regular drink. I said "A regular drink and a fry too right" *wink* and she was able to pull some strings to get me a free fry. That's good customer service and customer retention. All 5's from me.
Very shocked how no one is stating how bad the floor is and no signs posted. The floor is super super slippery. Like someone spilt grease all over the floor. As soon as I walked in the door I almost slipped and feel. That's a law suit just waiting to happen. Food and customer service is great.
Best Whataburger staff in Tulsa... HANDS DOWN!!! Friendly, good food and prepared faster than ive ever had. Great people work here!
Food was great. We went during a busy time of day so they made some mistakes with our order. Picky kids but they did remake the order and everything was fine. But we spent about an hour their due to how busy they were plus having to remake the order. Definitely worth it though food is always good just be careful when it's busy if you have picky eaters
