Great service and food but Horrendous parking situation. As you wait in a drive-through, you're blocking people in their parkingspots. And people are so oblivious to the fact that someone's leaving that they only watch to make sure someone else doesnt cut them off in that line. No markings, nobody directing the flow.
Last time I visited this location was on Nov. 26 and employees here were rude to me but I didn't tell corporate and next time I will. Next time they can keep their comments to themselves and I do not care what anyone has to say! Otherwise the food was good and enjoyed the Whataburger Jr combo with fries ???? and drink.
This was my first experience at a Whataburger. And the service was great and friendly. Atmosphere was decent for a fast food chain - it was clean.
However, the burger are just not good. Neither the regular nor the chicken. Not even close to a In-N-Out Burger or other burger chains. Ok for a quick meal once a month. But that’s it
I just ordered a salad today and I was looking forward to having it for dinner. But I realized that they did not include the dressing with the salad. How am I supposed to eat the salad without the dressing? I called the restaurant twice and the
manager asked me to go back and pick up the dressing. The restaurant is more than 5 miles away. So inconvenient. Poor service.
I’m not coming back and will certainly not recommend.
I went there 2 days after the storm. And when I saw the line I was discouraged staying. But the lady outside convinced me to stay. She told me her people fast and she didn’t disappoint. By the time I made my order and got my food. It was probably about seven minutes. The workers were fast and efficient. I didn’t have to go in to the store. They came out got my debit card. One person grabbed my gave me my drink and the other one came back out with my food. It was one particular little girl that helped me. I want to say her name was Jada. If I’m not mistaken, she was pleasant. She had a smile on her face and I like that coming back as I always do from time to time, and I will recommend my friends and family to visit as well, thank you for all that you do. Whataburger is Texas.
It’s almost 3 am and I’ve been sitting here waiting for a one meal order for around 20 mins. Stop hiring slow people for fast paced chains!!!!
Nikolai and Gael were so nice even though we just came through the drive through it was really appreciated. Never had such good energy at a fast food place. Yall are the best!
First time here, I’m from Pennsylvania. Food and service was great despite being a fast food chain. Workers are friendly, always cleaning and restocking. It was a pleasant visit and great first impressions
