We were traveling through Cleveland and stopped at the Whataburger 484. This is an amazing restaurant. The staff are wonderful and courteous to all. The store was very clean and organized. They have a good vibe going on and i wish more were like them. Thanks for the great experience. The lady with purple hair.
I went here this morning for just a taquito and a coffee. The lady taking orders was rude and obviously frustrated. While taking my order she never confirmed or read back anything. She was talking to someone else while I ordered. I even tried to give her a minute to get her thoughts together and instead she just said pull to the 2nd window. I’d had a bad morning already with morning sickness and was honestly just trying to find anything I could eat to get some comfort. Instead I was pushed aside and not heard. Another fun side effect of pregnancy is the inability to regulate temperature. 40 degree outside and the coffee I ordered came iced instead of hot to make me feel better. It’s just a little uncomfortable but maybe there should be more training at this location. I left very disappointed, and again due to pregnancy, in tears. I’ll never go again.
It took our cashier and a couple other people from the back to figure out how to put gravy on the side of an order of biscuits and gravy. They kept asking if we wanted it to go even though we had already told him a couple of times that we were eating and it’s no big deal. We’ve done it at other Whataburger’s for years . It just got kinda ridiculous. I was just hoping that our food would come out right and it did.!

This location is usually decent regarding their food quality but tonight was a barforama ordeal. I could not finish even half the simple whatburger with cheese, it tasted so awful!! When I took the top bun off to smell it, the wretch was on and I am saving the other half for a dr in the event I get sickly... it was that bad. I will not return here . I hope they do better for the sake of public health, customers deserve much better than this!
Ordered a Buffalo Ranch Chicken sandwich while passing through, got the sandwich with extras. Long piece of hair in my sandwich. Stopped at Whataburger and they made it right even though it wasn’t their fault. Wait until you get to Livingston if you’re traveling north.
Wouldn’t give it any stars, ordered the sweet and spicy meal….they brought me a chicken sandwich, when I got back up to the counter they took the chicken sandwich and brought out a cold sweet and spicy cheeseburger, so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted…..place is trash….it costs to much to eat there with that kind of service….never again
Dude at the drive thru was speaking so fast I couldn't understand him. He proceeded to berate me for not being in the lane he specified when I pulled ahead. I don't why he was so upset as I was the only drive thru customer. I explained I couldn't understand him due to him speaking so fast and he just shrugged it off saying "it wasn't even his top speed". Don't be disrespectful to me because you can't communicate. The lady helping him was far more professional, a silver lining to the bizarre experience.
