My fries were kinda stale, my family’s burgers were cold they ordered the number 1 and a Whataburger junior for my little sis. Just doesn’t slap the same way a Whataburger should.
Went through drive thru!! Excellent service!! Warm food!! Only thing husband had to get off to get the gummies for the kids meal and they forgot to give us ketchup... Gave five stars because they were kind and attentive and food was freshly made!! Thank you!! For serving my family of 7!! Fast service too!! No wait at all!!
This is a replacement order for a messed up order. Cheese fries and a finger f$%^/=$ sandwich. I complained immediately and the cashier and manager just laughed and said yeah that's normal. No fixing no money back just laughing. Worst whataburger I have ever been to!!!!
Grab and go, be smart get the number 8 on a brioche bun with whatever you like! I go for protein and get the 8 with an extra patty half grilled onions and regular onions and gotta have jalapenos grilled no extras and no fries or drink! Drink more water!
From California and wanted to see what it was all about. Not bad it taste just like a home made burger. I really liked the spicy ketchup
Again not too sure what the problem is at the montana rutherglen location. Just can't seem to get orders right. Simple jr burger with drink and fries and get home and no fries. Not the first time this has happened.
My family and I went on Friday March 15 around 9a.m.ish. The staff were extremely patient and worked as a team to help reduce the morning rush. Everything was well stocked and clean. No problems with using the app to gain points. Nothing was in short supply. Everything went smoothly. Friendly staff. 10/10 Would recommend.
People were washing the payment, and there was water everywhere. I'm glad I didn't slip since I had sandals on. I ordered through the drive-thru and couldn't talk with all the noise from the pressure washer machine. They forgot my decaf coffee, so I had to get off. After getting my cup of coffee, the coffee was cold, and there were a ton of coffee grounds in it. The food was good though.
