The staff always have nasty attitudes at this location especially the young kids. They are super slow and never prepared to serve. I ordered a honey, butter, chicken biscuit meal with egg and cheese added at 9:30 am. I waited for over 20 minutes to receive my order not to mention, I waited five minutes at the microphone to even be greeted to place my order.
I live whataburger and attempt to eat here as often as I can. This location has a mix of attitudes on staff. It seemed like the vast majority had no interest in customer service. A couple did which redeemed the situation. The food was good. I just wished the staff were kinder and the management made the environment a place where men and women wanted to return to work.
Ordered drive through three items total at 8:30am and not only waited for 20 minutes after I had ordered but got home and found only one of the three items I paid for. Called to ask if we could receive a refund for the missing items and was told to drive back to get the refund. Crazy something so simple can’t be accomplished by a team of adults.
Wonderful, fast service. Staff were kind and gracious, especially Ms. Mary! She was sweet, helpful, and provided fast service. Food was hot and delicious too - highly recommended!
My first time at a Whataburger and I have to say this is a really really good burger! I came from Florida and tried to compare this place to another burger place and absolutely cannot. Completely original, good quality of burger, clean establishment, and service is great too. This business can get my business any day! I will be back again. Highly recommended
Did a Mobil order as I always do cause it's generally faster. I waited 45 mins and counted over a dozen cars go through and 2 that were behind me. The worst service I've ever had at any Whataburger... so sad ????
I have repeatedly tried to order from this particular Whataburger with limited success. My order is never made correct. My fries are never fresh as well as half empty, and the customer service is lacking. Today they were arguing about who was responsible for making my shake while I stood there with my food for at least 5 minutes. Also young man behind the counter needs to remember that there are customers in the lobby and he needs to watch the foul language. I've had a customer service request open with this store for over 30 days and have called the Customer Support 3 times without any response.
We rather enjoy Whataburger. But we certainly don't recommend the East Chase location. There is ZERO sense of urgency or hurry at this location. It's not fast food here, it's slow food.
