Fries have been terrible at every location lately. Couldn’t even eat these. Sad they use to have some of the best but this happens now every time.
service not good last time, burger ???? was delicious.Wish they have more than one toilet ???? for men. First time seen the digital kitchen inside a Whataburger, very convenient and less time waiting when ordering. Dirt toilet and out paper to dry hands . Most of tables where dirty.
I specifically asked for extra buffalo sauce and this is what they serve. How are you gonna flip burger and still get that wrong. Unfortunately I was on my lunch break and didn’t want to go back to get my refund / new order .
Stopped by tonight, November 13th, around 10:30 PM, looking forward to a good meal. First, the fries were extremely cold and unpleasant like they were really old. Lastly, I asked for extra ketchup and only received one. Who is responsible for quality control?
All whataburgers suck. But this one is by far the worst one.. order online and had to wait 1 hour for my food. They always take soo long and they always mess up your order. Last time they gave me a burger without the meat....
Always a 30-45 minute wait. I don't think I've ever had an order either be rung up correct, received the full order, or have fresh food. Drive thru, mobile order, or inside never had my order be correct. Terrible place
It's just another Whataburger. Fast food burgers, fries, chicken, and shakes. The sweet tea is southern, the burgers are big and tasty if you know how to ask for them (toasted buns, grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, double meat and bacon). But the lines are always super long. The inside staff care more about drive thru orders than dine-in. Workers look underpaid and are not very nice. But like I said, it's fast food. You get what you pay for. Will always be the post 2a.m. go-to spot for a big greasy burger.
Today was my first time coming to this location. Although the lady working the drive-thru was polite, I specifically asked her what she would recommend for breakfast (seeing as it was my first trying Whataburger breakfast). She proceeded to read me the whole breakfast menu, and at that point I just went with the breakfast on a bun. I don't understand why the wait was so long for a small breakfast sandwich and coffee! There was only one vehicle ahead of me so I don't know what was going on. By the time I received my order, 8 minutes had passed and a line started to form. As far as the food goes, it could have been better. I'm disappointed because everyone seems to hype up Whataburger, and the food was lacking! I won't return to this location.
