Best WLM Reviews
Staff extremely nice and helpful. Almost zero wait time, food fresh and hot!! Love how I came earlier in the evening but breakfast wasn’t ready to be served and I came later and they remembered me!! I ordered a strawberry shake so they nicknamed me strawberry ???? love the staff there. Will always come here for late night grub or daytime meals!!
We love Whataburger because we don't have them where we live. The ice machine seems to be broken at most locations we visit but the workers make sure no one goes without ice! The food came out fast and was accurate. Cashier was friendly and attentive (we ate inside on a road trip).
Clean dinning area. Polite quick service. We'll made hot and tasty burgers. This location is well managed. We will plan to stop at this location the next time we visit family. We live in Texas so we eat at Whata burger often. Great job! We originally stopped in Beau Bridge. An employee was walking out as we walked in. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, no service. As we left without ordering, the employee was on the corner of the building smoking. Won't go to that one again.
I pick up breakfast for my parents from here a couple days a week and their pancakes are awesome as is everything else I usually order!! All the staff members are always nice & polite when I go and try to make sure I get everything I need. This is my favorite location in all of the Acadiana area!
If I could I would give them a zero. I’ve never tasted anything so disgusting the fries was cold and the burger was extremely cold. I wouldn’t give it to my dog. I WILL NEVER EVER GO A WHATABURG AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh!!!
I am an OTR Truck driver, I had stopped in to get some dinner on 11-21 around 5pm. I made a mistake of setting my wallet down and forgot about it.
I called 11-22 to see if it was there, the manager said it was in the safe.
the entire staff could not have been any more kind, honest and nice! I am so thankful that there are sweet, HONEST & NICE souls still in this world.
I hope the good Lord blesses the staff that runs this location! ❤️????❤️????❤️
p.s..
I couldn't return and leave without ordering another meal to go lol, this place is that good and fresh!
Avoid this place late at night. Waited 10 minutes and nobody ever asked to take my order. Employee's just walked back and forth but never asked if I had been helped. I finally just left. Bad service probably because some Employee's smelled like weed as they walked by. Won't be coming back to this place.
Bathroom wall was falling apart but they were fairly clean so that was nice. Went through the drive through and it took over 10 min after payment for the food to come out. The employees were cordial but I wouldn't call it friendly or food was 5 star though all hot and fresh. Solid road trip stop but just that a quick run through location.
