A true Texas staple. Great fast food. Portion sizes are more than plenty. The food is great tasting, and with consistent quality, it seems you can count on with every trip. This location has the best employees who are friendly and respectful. I've never been let down visiting this location, and satisfaction with every aspect of interaction means I'll be back and choose Whataburger over other options much more readily.
I order from this location regularly, and have watched the quality of service decline heavily. I recently had a missing item in an online order and received very rude service from the inside counter person. I escalated to the manager, but quickly got the impression that the poor customer service is a systemic issue. I won't be patronizing this location moving forward.
We just literally left this whataburger. The lady at the window had terrible communication and was extremely rude in the drive through. She has no type of education or work training. Employees like this baffles me on how they still have a job. I really hope her manager see her poor work ethic
Ordered online and went to pick it up when we had scheduled it on the app. the burgers and fries were cold l. There is a lot of workers standing around. There is one guy who is really trying to help and he isn’t even the manager. The manager won’t even look at us. It is 10/27/24 at 9:45 pm waited for 30 minutes for our food.
I don't like to complain. I'm patient, however after 40 minutes in the line without placing an order, patience runs thin. Every time I do get food the order is wrong in some way. This location needs retraining desperately, but after reading other comments this is probably not happening. Sad that our beloved Texas tradition has been devalued.
Me and my girlfriend pulled up here around 9 something lastnight . Lady in microphone was rude "hey what yall want?"Like she's on her personal phone so to avoid poor customers service,mind you we waited in like almost 20mins.We told her a # 1 she said pull up like how do you know that I don't want it whatersized and not medium combo ?? Oh yeaa she dosent because she didn't ask lol so I just drove off from the window and drove to Wendy's. Simple whatabuger l I just gave my money to wendys where they are more nice and competent across the street and saved a whole 10 bucks while doing so. Smh Why would anybody pay more for the same if not less food and even worst customer service?! I'm not the type to get upset I'll just go where it's worth it! I will avoid this place from now on. It's way too many burger joints around to be wasting time and money here with incompetent people that can't even get a simple #1burger combo correct....
Just went thru drive thru and ordered double meat with cheese jr Whataburger meal - sub mayo for mustard. Get home and I have single meat no cheese with mustard jr Whataburger. Bun was stale, not hot. Seems this Whataburger cannot be consistent with their service. Dont know what has happened to it. Husband went thru Tuesday of this week and his meal was great he said like whataburger use to be. About to decide to give up on them. Person that took my order as very nice and young man working window was very personable also. Just did t get what I ordered and food was stale
The worst service in the area waited 20 min just to get laughed at about our car. Impolite unprofessional, literally went to Wendy’s and was out in 6 min. Do not drive to this location to order. Absolutely terrible
