Well let's start of positive, it's an iconic burger spot. I had high expectations for average results. The full service model is great when they bring your food to your table, the fries were not seasoned and I wasn't impressed with the burger, eatable and enjoyable yes, satisfied average. Would recommend a visit to a friend, but nothing special
07/08/24: Food was just not great. Fries are never great. Culver's and Freddy's have much better fries. Girl at register heard me fine but was not listening to me. Was also confused about the word "allergy". When the guy brought out our food we asked him for 7 ketchups between us, 1 container of mustard and 1 container of mayo. He goes to get them. We were sitting at the front end of the restaurant. My back was to the counter and my wife was facing the counter. From the counter, the guy looked at my wife and said: Come up here and I will hand your stuff over to you. My wife got up from her food, went to the counter and picked up the condiments. There were two other couples in the restaurant at the time. The line cook was very good. I looked at my receipt, went back up front, the girl has another customer. I caught his attention, he came up and I pointed out that after telling the girl 3 times no seasoning on either burger she did not bring up my burger with no seasoning. He just smiled, said, no problem, I will take care of it. Freddy's just has a better burger and a hell of a lot better fries. Atmosphere. Music today sucked.
I went during the soft-launch since the food was free and I’d never been before, so I can’t really speak to the price or value. It was fine, the melt on sourdough was much better than the classic burger, which was average but slightly larger than, say, a Wendy’s burger. The fries were fine. I’m not sure what the hype is about, as it is average fast-food, better than Wendy’s, and not as good as Steak and Shake across the street, or Freddy’s down the road. Restaurants in this building/location also never last and don’t tend to do well. This won’t be an exception to that trend, so if you like it, enjoy it while you can. If you haven’t been, order whatever you get on sourdough bread for something a little better.
The service was good and the food was okay. I remember it being better when I had it in Texas a few years back. It's nice to have a different burger option, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.
I didn't go inside so I can't really speak for the atmosphere other than the outside. The outside looked nice. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo or tomato and he got a spicy chicken sandwich with mayo and a tomato. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no tomato and sauce and I got a chicken sandwich with a tomato and no sauce. The chicken tasted good, but it would have been nicer if our order was done correctly. The wait was long and the drive through setup could be better to allow cars to get around the ones parked ahead that are waiting for their food to be brought out.
From Texas and finally finding one here in Georgia makes me homesick. I think Whataburger is a lot better than McD and BK.
I was pretty skeptical about going based on the reviews but we had an amazing experience! My order had a ton of substitutions and everything was correct. The food was fresh and hot. We were in and out of the drive thru in just a few minutes. So glad we decided to try this place out.
1st time at this location. Had lots of people. We ate inside. Didn't wait too long to place our order. I had a patty melt meal. Plenty seats in the dining area. They brought our food out to our table and It was warm and plentiful. My food taste good. They gave us one ketchup packet (4 of us), Had to get more condiments from the front attendant as they don't keep them out for people to grab.
Overall it's good but nothing to rave about.
I would come back if I'm in the area.
