Came to this location for some food after my workout. I went through the drive through. The service was excellent and efficient! I have been to other locations and been let down multiple times. This location has never let me down and gets my order perfect! They gave me all the sauces I needed and even cutlery for my wings.
I really appreciate how they do things here! It might sound small, but they even spell my name right!!
Drive through had two lanes going, very quick and food was correct. I got home a few minutes later and it was plenty hot still. I think I got diabetes but it was good
Michael was amazing! We have never been to whataburger and he made our experience the best it could have been with suggestions and recommendations! The industry needs more employees like him. I will definitely be returning to this location solely based on his ability to represent the company.
I was very disappointed in the size of the chicken strips I received with my order, and this is not the first time this has happened. Take off the breading, and you're left with a tiny piece of chicken. The rest of my order was okay, so I'm still giving them 3 stars, but in today's economy, customers need to get what they pay for and not feel cheated by the restaurant, store, etc. Do better, Whataburger. I'm not even sure I'm going to give your store any more chances.
Been going here for ages. I mean, it's a Whataburger. The process is standardized. They do everything right. This is sort of like the news insofar as no bad news is good news. It's a franchise; you follow the instructions correctly and they do. So, if you want Whataburger, this is definitely a 100/100 Whataburger.
Also, I don't have a photo because that's kind of weird. Who takes a photo of a Whataburger? We know what Whataburger looks like.
It has been a long time since I visited Whataburger in general, and this location in particular. Ever since Whataburger "sold out" to corporate interests, the quality of food from Whataburger has plummeted. Our experience today did NOTHING to dissuade that impression.
We bought a chicken sandwich (the #10) and the "Bacon Blaze Jalapeño Double," a limited time offer sandwich. The #10 order was supposed to have onion rings; the BBJD was to come with fries, and both were "To Go". When we got home, we discovered both orders had fries - no onion rings.
The chicken sandwich contained wilted lettuce and a piece of mushy tomato. The BBJD had overcooked, dry meat. The spicy sauce that was used on the burger was tasty but applied in such abundance that it had to be wiped away.
It's unlikely we'll return except out of desperation. My biggest mistake and regret is not checking the order before leaving. It is major pain in the a** to have to return to the restaurant for the order to be corrected. More to the point, the order was printed and affixed to a bag, and everything was clearly what we requested. So why can't people fulfilling the order pay attention?
If you read this far, be sure to check, and then double-check your order before you eat it. Think twice about coming here. There are many options and other restaurants out there that do pay attention to orders and provide quality fresh food in a timely manner, and get it right.
This spot is about as good as it gets when it comes to Whataburger restaurants. The food is freshly made and presented all, and the service is professional, courteous, and prompt.
I’d just like to understand why the top of my bun was covered in butter?
The bread was soggy and disgusting.
There were three tiny pieces of lettuce and 8 slices of pickles.
Not appetizing.
