Whataburger is a classic if you’re traveling through Texas. I had the Bacon Jalapeño Blaze burger and my wife had the single patty whataburger with fries. The table side service was a nice touch as they delivered the spicy katchup and napkins. Food was as expected, the atmosphere was clean and organized. The service was better than I had anticipated.
Upon entering the establishment, I found the environment to be relatively clean and well-maintained. However, I also observed two individuals who appeared to be experiencing homelessness, as they were sleeping and had bags of clothes with them. This was a noticeable aspect of my visit that impacted my overall impression. As a result, I felt somewhat uncomfortable, which detracted from my ability to enjoy my meal.
The location only cares about the drive through. I’ve been here several times - they can have 10 people walk through the door - not one person is greeted - the workers just look at you and walk away. It’s the worst.
Today I ordered a family meal here truh the Drive thru, when I left I realized that I was missing 2 burgers But since I was going on a hurry I couldn't return. 2 members of my family were left without food. Those in charge of completing the orders should be more careful.
The one thing I will say is the quality is always good but this isn't the first time this particular spot has pissed me off. Tonight was told "20 minute wait" if we stayed in drive through but less if we went inside so I opted to go inside. It was 17 minutes inside AFTER I ordered my food. Was in line inside at the very least 5 minutes before i ordered. Fast food my ass
The store, 18253 Marsh Ln, Dallas, TX 75287, has a history of poor service and management that doesn't conform to corporate standards. Onion ring and french fry servings are usually shorted, the attached photo is straight out of the bag. Workers are often surly. Ketchup requests are ignored and straws are not provided for drinks.
Texas and Whataburger. A better love story than Twilight! We liked it just fine. Food was good considering it is a fastfood.
Terrible customer service. The girl with the long braid working the drive thru outdoors was absolutely awful and should have not been working with people that day. I understand it’s hot and she was outdoors while they were busy but DO BETTER and treat your customers better. She had the worst attitude I have ever seen.
