If you are able to get your food in less than 30 minutes here, consider yourself fortunate. Service is slow, multiple customers standing around waiting to order with nobody at the front. Management should take a look at how they run things at this store, the efficiency is bad. Atmosphere is filled with many unhappy customers tired of waiting for their meals. Take your business and time somewhere else, you’ll waste both here. Do better Whataburger, this restaurant fails to meet expectations by a mile.
Employees were so nice. They were busy after the battle of the bands Saturday night, but they took their time and gave us space to order and answered all the questions. The order came out just the way we ordered it! The gentleman with the neck tattoos was soooo kind and helpful!
This is most aesthetic What a Burger I've been too! They were super professional and the store was really clean. I've been to many other locations where they don't clean the tables for a while. This place doesn't waste a second!
Came here the day after Beryl hit, and was just blown away by the dedication, hard work and kindness of all working at this Whataburger location; especially during such a crisis. And of course the food was absolutely delicious!
From then on I decided to make this my go-to location, as before I used to go the location on Main by the train tracks. This morning I came for my honey butter chicken biscuit fix and oh my goodness it was perfection! Hot and fresh, and just what I needed to get my day going. Thank you to everyone at this location, you’re amazing!
All these people saying it took forever in the drive thru are right, waited 30min for my food and it was missing some stuff. Do not recommend unless you have time to waste. When I pulled up there were only 4 cars ahead of me. Idk who runs that line but they need training.
The food gas consistently been unapologetically bad. Love whataburger, just not this location. They dry the burgers into jerky and the cheese is never melted on. Sloppily assembled as well. All around 1/10.
It's a literal hour to get through the drive-through line. I was the 12th car back. An hour. That says it all.

Both drive-through lines are in use now, PLUS they are even doing the "old school" pay at the 1st window that nobody seems to use anymore. Nice!
Keep improving and continuing to focus on the people spending money at your establishment. We will spend more and come more frequently if you do.
Absolutely unorganized. Me and quite a few other people waited entirely too long for online orders. I placed my order in advance to avoid waiting in the drive thru line. They cleared the drive thru faster than my online order. The only reason I gave this review 2 stars and not one is because the manager personally made my order for me and made it a meal. I still will not be returning. They couldn't handle the rush and the workers all seemed unhappy as well.
