The food is amazing, I'm a fiend for Whataburger so I'm a little biased. But they have not messed up my order ever here and the food has tasted amazing. The customer service is really good, they're always nice, lively, and very quick about getting you your food. They also seem to always remember to ask if you want any sauces which is appreciated. It's never too loud or too quiet here unless there are a lot of customers. It can get busy at times, but I typically go late in the day so it's always empty for me. Overall 10/10, amazing place.
Ordered in the app my order was 12 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready when I went up to the manager and asked if my order was ready. They hadn't even started making it. It's one Whataburger with cheese. A few minutes later my order comes out and the Patty isn't even room temperature. It's made even colder by the cold cheese which isn't melting and the lettuce and tomato. This is what I paid $7.62 for?!?!
Early morning after gym food run. Dinning room was open and super clean. Food took a little longer than expected to come out but everything was hot and fresh made. This is currently the only restaurant in Scottsboro thats open 24 hrs so that's a huge plus.
I decided to give this place a second chance, big mistake, ordered the bacon cheeseburger meal. The restaurant had adequate staff and was moderately busy, but no line to order. Food took a long time to come out so I was hoping it would be nice and fresh. Unfortunately the burger was cool to the touch, cheese not even remotely melted! Never ever again am I stopping here! $15 for a subpar meal, a true ripoff!
The service was very very slow, but the workers were extremely pleasant. The food was out of this world. I couldn't even finish my burger. The flavor was of a great burger. I would Definitely recommend this place. Best fast food burgers.
My daughter and I went through the drive thru for dinner last night and the young lady that took my order was amazing not only was she very kind, she listened & accurately rang my order up!!!! Her name was Alyssa!! She's great & needs to be training all the cashiers!!!! Now my food was excellent everything was made correctly & labeled so I could tell it apart!!! My experience here will bring us back time & time again!!! Now there was a small wait but I'll gladly wait for fresh food!!!
I don't know where y'all had C. Money hiding for the last few days but I came by twice while she wasn't there and didn't get that little something extra she adds to it, but I came by again Tuesday night and she was back. I'm telling y'all, this woman needs a medal!!! She and her crew just have something special about them that radiates through the whole store. The energy and everything is just different when she is there! Maybe she should be the example of what your managers should be molded after. The food is always hot and fresh and I've already mentioned C Money's skills. She's so personable and cool
It's new. I get the hype, but once you pull into the drive-through lanes, you CAN NEVER LEAVE without staying in that line to the end. So, let's say you get in line, not realizing how long it's actually going to take. You are blocked in without any option to leave. There are concrete curbs in place preventing any kind of exit. This is a design flaw, and I believe it should be reconsidered.
Overall, the time sitting in the drive-through line was about 45 minutes. Yes. They are new. No. I would not have stayed in the line that long. Yes. It should have been an option to leave.
The food was excellent, hot, good portion, and prepared as it was ordered.
