Walked in there was a bag of trash by the door. Floor was wet with no sign out. Hella flies everywhere. And my burger was super cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. And bread wasn’t even toasted like it normally is. PLACE IS GROSS! And needs better management!
Just had the night crew serve to me a delicious meal of fresh fries, patty melt and chocolate malt. They were fast and friendly at 3am on 12/17/24. Thanks guys.
Well, on my way home from work after closing 45 minutes late, I stopped by the drive-thru to pick up a honey butter chicken biscuit for my spouse.
When I got home and they unwrapped it, the biscuits were so overcooked that it impacted the smell of the entire dish.
So instead of having a sweet treat to give my baby, I have an overcooked bitter tasting hunk of food.
If I ever eat here again, I'm going to make sure that I don't use the drive-thru to order and take the time to inspect each item individually to make sure when I'm given is edible.
Tried this whataburger instead of the one off the freeway. Big mistake. How can one whataburger be so different from the other? Management is my only guess.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich through the drive through and when I got it it was a regular chicken sandwich absolutely DRENCHED in whatever sauce they use. It was unappetizing so I had to drive back and get a refund. She asked me if I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich and I said no, even if it was free.
I went down the road to the other whataburger and the sandwich was completely fine....someone, or everyone at this establishment hates their job.
I have ordered twice via DoorDash from this location and both orders have been wrong. The first time there was nothing in the bag that was what I ordered and no drinks. Somehow my correct ticket was on the bag though. The second time food was correct, but barely any fries (which were cold). No condiments as ordered and the desserts were also missing (brownies and shake). Definitely not ordering from here again.
Service: slow, food: cold(both fries and burger although we waited 20 minutes in an almost empty restaurant), order: incorrect and missing items, cheese: don't order it(it's gritty and gross), all in all a total disappointment. I should have just asked for a refund and gone somewhere else. And the store is COLD... miserable experience. I'll go to Hudson Oaks for Whataburger from here on out. Yuck.
Even though it was late and they were busy since they are the only place open past 11pm they still were very friendly and efficient. I would definitely drive a little out of the way past closer Whataburger to go to this one. I know they are going to be nice and get my order right and the food tastes good.
We ordered through the drive thru. At the Ordering box and the window confirmed that we wanted condiments. When our food was handed to us we asked to confirm agai there were condiments In the bag. We had several orders that were mashed into the big bag. As we pull off I start to check and realize part of our order is missing. So we turn around come back. As I come to the counter a couple of workers make eye contact with me but don’t acknowledge me at all or say anything. I stand there for a few minutes before a manager comes to the counter. I informed him of our missing items. He brings them to me. We go down the road again to realize there are 0 condiments In the bag like we had asked about multiple times. Oh well we don’t want to go back again. We get home and our food tastes horrible. The frys and hash browns taste like dirty greese. The chicken strips taste bad and are super cold. This whole experience was horrible. Thank you for ruining our breakfast today!
