The experience when I walked in the door was great for a fast food restaurant I can't say enough from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with smiling faces and I can feel the energy was happy you don't get that from fast food restaurants I tried something new at Whataburger that day I don't think that they make something that's bad every person that was in that restaurant while I was there was checked on not one time but at least twice and the place was clean I'm a big time clean freak and for a fast food restaurant to be as clean as it was I can't give them anything but 100% A+ gold star marks thank you Whataburger keep up the good work
We had a large order, and Someme did a great job, and all of our food was correct! She was so kind and patient with us. The food was delicious, and we were glad we stopped at Whataburger!
Sat in line on the outside lane drive through for 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch waiting for someone to take my order. Meanwhile everyone on the inside lane was having their orders taken. Honked my horn, called the store to tell them I was in the outside lane waiting and not a soul answered. Finally I just left and went back to work with no lunch
Got our food and brought it home to find that the sandwich was cold and so were the fries. The sandwich bread was not toasted and looked like bread put a ham and cheese sandwich. Food is expensive and when you pay almost $25 dollars for fast food you expect it to be at least warm. SMH
The staff were professional and courteous. There were no loud noises coming from the kitchen. Everyone was working together to get the orders done timely. The atmosphere was calm where we could eat our food in peace. They obviously knew the regular customers, as they would have small conversations with them while in the dining area. On top of all that, the place was clean. I would recommend restaurant #497 in Shreveport Louisiana off the 220 loop if you want food that is hot and an atmosphere of calm. Great job #497!
Every time we've come here the food has been hot and fresh. Staff have always been super courteous. We're always greeted with smiles and kind words. I love the healthier options like the grilled chicken sandwich and the apple slices. My daughter loves the chicken strips and the option of fruit snacks instead of fries.

We ordered a patty melt on the app. It said it would be ready between 6.10p - 6.13p. We get there at 6.15p. And do not receive the food until 6.29p!!! No communication about why! Just sorry about the wait. ???? Don't order your food here if you're on a time schedule!
The three stars are because the food was still good.
