We heard of this chain from local friends and tried it. For a chain, the burgers we ordered weren't anything fancy or out of the ordinary. The sizes are actually a tad smaller than say a Big Mac or a Whopper. The service was even a bit slower too for a not so busy time. However, if you dine in, they will bring your order to your table and offer you a variety of dipping sauces.
I'll eat there again now that I know what to expect.
This has got to be the worst Whataburger, slow, terrible service. Can't even get an order right. They put the "jalapeno cheddar biscuit" label on the wrapper but put a burger bun on it. Disgusting.
Finally a Whataburger with great service & fresh food. after the terrible experience with the Whataburger in Taylor (TX) and Manor (TX) … this Whatburger is worthy of 5 stars for great service and fresh food.
I was visiting home from out of town. We don't have a Whataburger where I live, so i look forward to stopping at Whataburger on every visit. This restaurant gets super busy at times. I'm not sure why they were so behind on their Togo & pick up orders, but that made for a crowded dining room. We got our dine in order in a timely manner. They were out of a lot of stuff inside but were given what we needed when asked. Everyone enjoyed their meal. It was well worth the wait.
Such a disappointment to come home to smh wasn’t even hungry any more when I opened this . I decided because it’s late to go inside to order my food because there was a line and the wait is always long. My mistake on my end. just to get my ordered messed up. Definitely doesn’t look like Mayo lettuce and cheese only burger ???? thanks Whataburger.
The food is good though they’ve messed up my order several times which is understandable when you have a place this busy but they’ve always fixed it with zero fuss. I tend to do curbside pickup a lot and unfortunately that’s where they are lacking. In the two dozen or so times I’ve done curbside not once have they gotten my food to me in less than twenty minutes past the time it said it would be ready which is supposed to be 4-7 minutes. It’s generally colder which makes me think they get the order ready and just don’t send anyone out with it.
My burger came out as a floppy mess that looked like it had been sitting in the back room for a few hours.
The wife's burger came out and looked quite nice.
Still a good taste, but a disappointing experience for myself.
First time I tried this location I attempted breakfast about 9am and pulled into the drive through. 2 cars in front took 10 min to get to ordering screen and sat in front of it for 7 min with no response so I left without ordering what a wasted time. Sorry whaterburger I hope someone fixes this problem
