I ordered dine in when they were slow. A few others arrived and left within a 20+ minute time frame. I then was handed a bag that had sitting the entire time, my burger was ice cold. French fries were not tasty or salted. Asking them to remake it seemed like a task. Coffee was the only pleasant thing from entire experience.
First time trying Whataburger honestly was not that impressed. Got a breakfast chorizo burrito horrible tasted like a hotdog with eggs. Also got the single Whataburger with cheese fries and a drink. The Whataburger was decent. I would say it’s like a whopper, but with a worse Bun and the fries were pretty good. They were like McDonald’s don’t think I would return unless I just needed some cheap food
Workers could care less they leave an expired zoo lights sign by their drive-through!!! Explained it was expired and not even an I'm sorry about that, he literally says ok like it wasn't his problem and then this guy makes us pull up in the drive through so the clock stops counting down!!! Are we this bad off now in this day and age that these workers are just so tactless that the thought of being good to another human has LITERALLY left the building!!!! I'm appalled! Apparently, there is no etiquette, let alone the correct order, sauce that was asked for by an employee at the intercom, no napkins, and being asked to move non-stop is just RUDE!!! I'm guessing you need a degree to work here!?!? Then, after trying to explain how horrible you get treated, NATE just ignores the face you asked for a manager and walks inside!!! Let's not forget the moldy lettuce!
I've been to a few locations in Texas. Stopped by for lunch. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with Fries. The burger is ok. My BF wanted to try this spot since he's never had it. Service was also ok. Quick lunch and clean restaurant.
Went there Monday morning I ordered breakfast on a bun with sausage that’s all I ordered. Waited about 10 minutes and she came and gave me my order once I opened it. It was awful. The bread was old. The sausage was old. I took two bites and had to throw the rest out never I will never go back there again when I go to the other Whataburger on Indian school in Litchfield everything is always fresh.
Whataburger on Dysart and Van Buren is one of the best hamburger places around.
Your jalapeno cheddar biscuit sandwich is to die for. Which may happen because a lot of the time the biscuits aren't ready and they don't tell you that. If you have the time there are worth the wait.????????????
Love the food, which is worth the extra wait time as they ACTUALLY COOK your food after ordered! Love the fries, burgers (hatched green chilies burger please!), and portion sizes. Shakes are ok, nothing special but yummy all the same.
Stopped in today because it's one of the few open 24hrs, we ordered a burger and a spicy chicken sandwich, the burger was a meal and added an extra fry on the side, they told us it would be about 7 mins on the spicy, so we went to the pick up spot and waited, when she came to the car I noticed the bag was smaller than it should have been, and she rattled off the order and I said no it's supposed to have 2 large fries, and she said oh yeah it's in there, so we take it and we start to go to another spot to sit and eat only to find out my fries were NOT in there so I had to go back get them and go back to sit, and when I got my burger opened it was ice cold but my husband's was steaming hot, which meant they made mine way before his was even done , so I had an ice cold. Messy burger and his was steaming hot. I've never had an issue with whataburger before so this was quite disappointing.
