I am super impressed with this establishment. Kiki at the drive through was amazing. She was patient and very kind as we placed a large order. She never got aggravated, nor did she become angry with us when we asked questions. The rest of the drive through staff was amazing as well. They ensured that all of the orders were separated, and the food was fresh and hot. We really appreciated the fast service and the hot meals.
Normally Come For The Chicken Strip Sandwich. It’s Always Good At This Location. Doesn’t Take Too Long To Come Out. Most The Cashiers Have Good Customer Service.

I pulled up through drive-thru and was so impressed with the customer service I received. I’ve NEVER gone through a drive-thru without getting rushed or given an attitude while placing my order. These few seconds with Evon have left the greatest feeling in my soul. I felt so happy that I couldn’t wait to see who took my order. I worked at whataburger over 5 years never in my life have I heard you can't ADD extra condiment like lettuce & tomato's to a kids meal burger, CORPORATE will be hearing about this but it's OK I WENT TO WHATABURGER DOWN THE STREET AND GOT WHAT I ASK FOR WITH NO PROBLEM !!!! SOMEONE NEED TO READ THE HAND BOOK BECAUSE THIS MUST BE A RULE THEY CAME UP WITH !!!!
When placing order, I ordered onion rings. Upon completing my order I asked if he got that I wanted onion rings instead of fries and he said yes. Got the order and made it to hotel room and got ready to eat and I have fries instead of onion rings! And it even says onion rings on the receipt! And when he handed me my order I said thank you and he just shut the window! Rude much?!
Food is fresh most of the time. But they have to get workers/ cooks who can actually read the orders. I placed an online order for a bacon breakfast on a bun with extra bacon and an extra egg. I received extra bacon and an egg, but I got a sausage on a bun instead.
I placed a curbside pickup order including pancakes and the order tasted great, but there was no fork or spoon in the bag. I had to drive around to the window and wait in line for my fork. That was a huge inconvenience and avoidable. Also the coffee tasted as if they spilled the entire bag of coffee into the coffee maker. It was way too strong!
