We spent 30 mins in line watching everyone that was behind us get their food first. When we finally did get our food there was no apology for the extensive wait time, the soda was flat and spilled all over the place, and my order was incorrect. I was too frustrated at that point and had already wasted so much time waiting that I didn’t even bother trying to address it. The chicken sandwich meal (around $12) we actually did get was the same size as a value meal chicken sandwich from McDonalds and honestly McDonald’s probably would have been better.
I'm not sure if it was because I came at lunch, but this is the fastest I've ever gotten my food from a Whataburger. It was hot and fresh and delicious, and the service was great! A very nice gentleman named AV brought me my food and continued to check on me while I was eating. He was also very helpful to the manager and was constantly cleaning up. The store is spotless, it is a bit loud, but that's to be expected in a fast food place at lunch. A+ will experience again!
This will be the last time I give my business to this Whataburger. We have went several times over the last few months. I have issues with an older white lady that works there and a black lady that works there during the morning shifts on Saturdays. Can’t eat in peace with my wife without being asked questions. Went to refill my drink as i was leaving and the white older lady wouldn’t let me refill because she was cleaning the nozzles, which should have been done at the end of her shift so I walked out without a refill. We were only given two napkins for our messy burgers. When the black lady came over and asked if we needed anything, my wife asked for some more napkins, and she had an attitude about it, which were not out for the public to get. My family and I will not be eating here again until these individuals no longer work there. I will give other businesses my business where i dont have to deal with the harassment and attitude from employees.
Whataburger is always good! Quick and friendly service sets this location as a great place to go.

I don't know what it is with whataburgers in general but all are a little slow. I get burgers made fresh and so forth but the whataburger in Hallsville is extremely slow. There were 3 cars in line at the drive through and it still took 20 minutes to get a justaburger kids meal with a small shake and a medium shake. My food sat in the window while I was there for 5 minutes that i know of and the worker instead of giving me my food was filling up other drinks. Just give the customer the food and let them get on their way.
Asked for buns toasted on both side, not burnt. Tried to call the order in and the lady kept getting it wrong. Went in lobby to order and still got it wrong and attempted to overcharge me. Food tasted horrible as it was BURNT!
Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at Whataburger. Waited a very long time on food, only to get down the road and it be missing the extra gravy we paid for and my burger to be made completely wrong.
