Eleanor treated me so kind while i went through the drive through. A car drove around while i was getting my order and flipped her off and she just smiled and professionally continued to give me my order. I told her not to worry about it and she smiled. Great customer service.

Y’all need to get rid of Brandon already… at this point it’s becoming intentional that he purposely charges us for larger portions even AFTER we ask him to read back the order to us. He’ll read it correctly how we ordered and gives us one price but as we’re driving off we see our receipt shows my card was charged more. We’ve kept our receipts and we now have a recording of this happening as it literally just happened to us AGAIN! My husband is on the phone right now with another Whataburger manager to ask what our options are since the one out here doesn’t care.
During my meal, I discovered a ZYN pouch in my burger. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about your food safety and hygiene standards.
When I brought this shocking issue to the attention of the manager, there was no apology offered, which is incredibly unprofessional. Although a refund was eventually issued, the manager was reluctant to provide me with a receipt. This behavior is inexcusable and only adds to the negative experience.
My wife likes whataburger salads and driving off the island is inconvenient, so we keep giving this place another chance. But every time we regret it. The soggy fries have a bitter old oil taste, the burger is dried out and too salty, and the chicken on the salad is over cooked. Every time. From here on we will just have to suck it up and go to one off island.
I recently visited this Whataburger and had the pleasure of being assisted by Rhys B. The service I received was truly outstanding.
From the moment I approached the counter, Rhys B greeted me with a genuine smile and a warm welcome. His friendly and approachable demeanor instantly made me feel comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and patiently answered all my questions, helping me decide on the best options for my picky toddler.
What impressed me the most was Rhys B efficiency and attention to detail. Despite the breakfast rush, he handled the orders swiftly while ensuring accuracy. He also took extra care to accommodate my special requests, which was greatly appreciated.
His professionalism, combined with his personable nature, made a significant difference in my visit.
Whataburger is one of my favorite places to get a burger. I het a triple meat with cheese no bun. They don’t look at me like I’m weird, they even have a special tray for such orders. The meat is always hot, and delicious. This Whataburger is in
my neighborhood so I stop here a lot. They are friendly and the store is always clean and nice inside.
The young man that was working drive thru just an absolute pleasure. Chris his name is, I think. maxing and phenomenal attitude and service. My order was perfect, even though I got a double instead a #1 lol. Great job!
Best Whataburger in Texas! Our orders are always correct. Food hot and well packaged. The staff here is so great, and really seem to like their jobs. The app makes things even easier for me! After I get groceries in the Bluff at HEB, I order through the app. By the time I’m at this location (near home) - my food is ready and comes out curbside.
They labeled my kiddo’s bag and dotted the “I” with a HEART!❤️
It’s little things like this that make a business worth visiting again and again.
