Lately I been going only one or two cars in front of me but I wait like 10-15mins on strips and fries that are cold because they cook my food well ahead of time I don’t wanna ask for a fresh batch because they might spit it it or something I would appreciate if they moved the car forward so I can get my 3 min to cook meal I live 5 mins from my house food always cold next time I’m just go pull off after 4 mins because ik it’s going to be cold after then
We ordered 2 double whataburgers with cheese and 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and noticed when we got home, the chicken sandwiches were both grilled and the burgers had only onion and lettuce on them.
*We went in store and take out at about 5:15-5:20pm, 30June 2024.
I have always heard about whataburger but ever have I been to one. It for me is as much as a fable as in and out burger.
When I arrived I expected the typical fast food experience but I got a hybrid and I enjoyed it.
I ordered the double with medium fries and even some onion rings to try.
The onion rings were some of the best I ever had the fries were just plain fries nothing to complain about or praise but they were good????
The burger was amazing fresh and big I had to hold with both hands! What a Burger!
Well, I usually enjoy a good burger from Whataburger, but this particular evening was just absolutely terrible, as far as the food goes. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the service at the drive through window was fine. It was a Saturday evening, about 6:30 or 7. I had my mom and my 2 children with me and we went through the drive through. Again, the service was good, the employees were kind. But, after we paid for our food, we waited at least 5 minutes for our food. So I’m thinking we were going to get some fresh cooked burgers and/or fries. We live maybe 5 minutes from Whataburger, so I don’t expect my food to be super fresh by the time we make it home. Well, needless to say, it wasn’t fresh. Not even close to being fresh. I’m not sure what we waited so long for because the fries were so cold and soggy, the burgers were almost inedible. I attempted to eat it all, but I wasn’t able to. It literally looked like someone threw all the ingredients together, with an old burger patty, and squished it to make it look like a grill cheese sandwich. All of our burgers looked that way. This particular location has 4.2 stars on Google, so maybe we caught them on a bad night. I won’t rule them out forever, just for a couple of months, maybe.
Whoever made my food at 1am on Monday December 23rd I genuinely hope you have a better day because my “honey butter” chicken biscuit had maybe 2 drops of it and giving me a small fry when I wanted a medium IS CRAZY… I could tell the cook was fighting demons. 3 stars bc the fries and coke were FIRE.
Great burger made correctly to order. Delicious fries. All made quickly and delivered to the table. This place is conveniently located but it is almost always busy. I went for an early lunch on a Thursday just before 11am and was surprised that it was so empty. Most of the customers were in the drive thru. Employees were very friendly. Restaurant was very clean.
Took the kids to a Whataburger for the 1st time. They are 11 and 14. This location was either newer or renovated. (I swear these restaurant locations are either amazing or not well maintained at all). Two in our group loved the food, and the other two would rank the food 4 out of 5. Only complaint was the temperature. I paid for a fountain drink but didn't even drink any because I was shivering. Others dining in were also cold from the looks of it.
Stood at the register for almost 9 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Multiple employees walked by me without saying anything or asking me if I needed to order.
Food was good, restaurant was clean.
