Came here at5:15 left at 5:45…. 1 person ahead of me. I ordered a no.1 The bun with lettuce and onion was tasty. That’s all that I tasted as the thin burger had no taste what so ever. Fries were hard. I will never be back. Waited 30 mins. Looks like there is absolutely no training! This is definitely a manager issue.
I’m from Huntington Beach CA, where In-N-Out is #1… the only burger I look forward to eating as much as a Double Double is a Whataburger Patty Melt! The employees at this location were not friendly, but the food was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I attempted to dine in, and stood in line with zero people in front of me, several employees walked past me without acknowledging me or saying they’ll be with me in a moment and after about five minutes of standing there, I walked out. Time was at about 8:15pm cst on 12/11/24. Seemed like every employee outside of the cooks saw me but didn’t want to do the job of taking my order. It has to be direct representation of management and ownership. Avoid this location at all costs, there’s also other locations within driving distance
We came in at 12:30 am and placed our order. The cashier guy was nice but the manager, a white guy was super rude to the employee and was not managing well. No one was cleaning the tables or picking up trash. I had to clean my own table. We waited 30 minutes for nothing because a party of like 9 came in and got their order before us. We were just a party of 5. This has been the worst experience at a Whataburger for me. My kids were very upset.
I love there shakes. My favorite is their White Chocolate Raspberry. It is AWSOME !!!! It's only here during the first of summer. It is to die for. I have a long time to wait. But, there Dr.Pepper float (it's a shake) and their Chocolate shakes are good too. Burgers are great too. But give me a shake anytime. Their biggest is best, that's all I need, it fills me up. Happy eating ????
This used to be my main Whataburger I would go to multiple times a week for years, but the new overnight crew is beyond horrible. There's more people working here than ever before and they're 60x slower, rude, and my order is constantly wrong. Not to mention they have NO training on how to actually use the app, and the new managers are no help whatsoever. Avoid this one at all costs past 8pm, it's by far gone from the best to the worst in the area.
Order came out wrong. Had to return for correct salad.
Patty melt only had 8 onions on it.
Fries were brought out, instead of onion rings.
Greasy floors.
Mr. Colton B was absolutely amazing great friendly service very patient he was calm and helpful. I gave him a $2.00 bit wish I had more to give. He was very respectful and nice. I was visiting my father from Austin and he makes me want to return just for great service. I was so happy he didn’t say “what else!” Like those other restaurants thank you to Mr. Colton I really hope he gets a pay raise. For his great friendly service
