Whoever is working the front and taking calls is the rudest person ever. My girlfriend called to get directions and they just said side of the building. Called to cancel my order and got told uhh call customer service or go to a different location. Maybe have the people who answered your phone have actual customer service experience
Stopped by to pick up some lunch for the family !! Employee outside was very efficient at taking the detailed order. Drive thru was full but didn’t take any time at all to get to the window!! Our order was perfect not missing anything and everything was hot and delicious!!
Worst Whataburger Experience Ever - 0 Stars if I Could!
I've never felt compelled to leave a review before, but my experience at this Whataburger location was so appalling that I had to warn others. From the moment I stepped inside, I was treated with shocking hostility and unprofessionalism.
Upon entering, I was immediately accosted by a screaming waitress, berating me for not following some mysterious, unspoken protocol. Heaven forbid they use signage or politely inform customers! No, apparently screaming at confused patrons is their preferred method of communication.
After this warm welcome, I was directed to another counter. There, I was greeted (if you can call it that) by a short, Black woman who looked at me as if I were something she'd scraped off her shoe. Before I could even open my mouth, she barked, "What do you want?" in a tone so hostile it made me wonder if I'd accidentally wandered into a prison cafeteria instead of a fast-food restaurant.
Shocked by her aggressive demeanor, I actually had to ask if I'd done something wrong. This only seemed to enrage her further, leading to another round of yelling. At this point, I realized that getting a burger wasn't worth enduring this level of abuse and left without ordering.
In all my years of dining out, I've never experienced such blatant disrespect and hostility from staff. If this is how Whataburger treats its customers, they won't be in business long. Save yourself the humiliation and go literally anywhere else for your burger fix. This place doesn't deserve your business.
The most cleanest and friendliest Whataburger establishment I’ve been to in Houston yet! Employees at this location are extremely nice and didn’t make me feel like a bother, especially cashier Angelina. Def recommend this location!
WHATABURGER!!!!! It's one of my other favorite places to eat with my friends or a partner from work. I also love the milkshake they got, strawberry is my favorite they also got chocolate, and vanilla. If you like coffee they got it too, breakfast are good especially the chicken strips with the sauce. Fountain drinks you name it. Oohhh and the other thing you all should try is the Dr. Pepper shakers so good.. visit this place and you will find out what am talking about.
Fast service, nearly no wait after ordering and the staff are so kind. And the food is so delicious.
The great Quick Stop in the Downtown tunnels. Whataburger has some of the best fries that you can find at any fast food chain. Their sandwiches are also pretty decent. This Whataburger is accessible by taking the NRG Tower building entrance and going down into the tunnels.
The staff was extremely friendly and patient as we went back and forth on what to order. When we finally decided what to get they were pleasant and consistently asked if we wanted refills plus offered condiments several times at our table of four. I even was charged for a regular, one patty burger and received a double! Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the hype (needed more flavor) but because of the wonderful staff I gave 3 stars. Compromise.
