1st time at a whataburger! Food tasted great! Had the double whataburger combo! Accidentally ordered apple slices instead of fries but the counter lady was able to fix it. Clean place and very relaxing environment. Great job!
Onion rings were nearly dripping oil. Couldn't taste any chocolate in the chocolate milk shake. Burger patty was "paper thin." French fries were cold and dry. Chicken tenders were also very thin and mostly breading. The table top was clean, but the bench seats were dirty. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Food got done quickly.
We are here for breakfast. My husband had the taquito, I had sausage biscuit and gravy, and cinnamon roll. The biscuit and gravy is best from fast food restaurant I have had. My hubby love his bacon taquito and the hash brown sticks are amazing. The cinnamon roll was still warm it was so good. Jordan was our sever and she was amazing and made our experience great. The bathrooms were well maintained and the restaurant was very clean. Over all great place.
Tried it for the first time on our way back from vacation since we don’t have one near us. The food was good really don’t see the hype about it. They were packed and very busy just like a lot of places now short staffed I felt bad for the kid behind the counter seemed like he was struggling. I do like their sauces and the food was good.
I ordered a simple cheeseburger and a small fry. What I received was a mustard drenched hamburger without cheese and super dry cold fries. Unexcusable service. Staff could not part from their phones in the drive through to provide acceptable service. I did send my concerns to the district manager who could not take time out of their schedule to respond to my complaint. I never complain. This is my only time ever saying anything. Please avoid this mediocre fast food dump.

The food was worse than McDonald's food, especially for the price. Probably one of the worst shakes I've ever had.
Whatagrossplacetoeat. That’s what the name of this place should be called. Besides poor service, which you have to wait to get your food which then comes to you with cold fries and cold burger. Goes with the cold gross Dr. Pepper shake. ????I was very hungry ate some of them but just could not eat the rest. The hamburger tasted like nothing but yellow mustard. I don’t know why people support this place. I love Dr. pepper, but their new shake needs to go. Bottom line if you’ve never been here save yourself the disappointment.
Abysmal times. Mobile ordered an hour before pickup. Called them to let em know I was running a little late. They said food was done. So an hour and a half after ordering and 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, it was not. Then I had to wait at least 5 minutes before anyone noticed me at the mobile pickup. Then another 15 minutes for the hasbrowns. The one guy at the register (and he had a big line) was understanding so that was the only pleasant experience. This has happened every time I've went to a Whataburger and location doesn't matter. Mobile ordered 2 milkshakes once and was ignored at curb pickup for 30 minutes as they delivered to other drivers. They finally noticed and found out they weren't even ready. Unless you got time to kill don't order from this chain.
