Hot, fresh food, prepared to order.
I am not a huge fan of Kiosk ordering, but a fairly complicated order was prepared exactly as ordered and delivered to my table within 8 minutes.
* That is a relatively long time for "fast food" but for hot, fresh food, I find it totally acceptable.
The restaurant was spotless, and the few employees that I had minimal contact with were pleasant.
The burger was a behemoth, piping hot and delicious.
$21 IS a lot for a fast food burger, but as you can see from the photo, it was as ordered and really a decent value.
I'm not a fast food fan as a rule, but after this initial visit, I'm sure that I will return at some point.
Not even hot garbage…barely warm garbage at best. Halfway full soggy fries, chicken tenders that are smaller than store bought with breading that falls of like dead skin, and a burger that looks like someone sat on it. This place was good when it opened but seems to have gone downhill since.
So allowed this whataburger operated by Jessica Perry, to fool me twice. Came here for the first time about three months had a terrible experience, tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but here we are.
Tell me Jessica why does it take your fast food establishment 10min to make a honey butter chicken biscuit? Its a biscuit and one tender. I was the only customer, your drive thru was empty but your workers are standing around talking or watching YouTube videos at full volume, while the men’s room is a nasty mess with no soap in the dispenser, is this a health code violation?
When I interrupted your employees conversation to ask about my order and why it was taking so long, I was greeted by eye rolls and yelled at from the back that I “needed to wait on the biscuit!” At 7am is your staff not prepared to serve one biscuit Jessica?
I requested dine in service yet my food was put in a to go bag and I had to retrieve it from the front with zero recognition for making me wait so long.
You’re ruining the whataburger experience Jessica, as a born and raised Texan I have grown up with this chain, if you cant protect the brands identity why are you operating a whataburger Jessica?! Once I got it, my food was pretty good btw, except I had to listen to whatever YouTube video your workers were watching. Oh and I came with receipts.

I ordered a double as seen on my receipt and received a single covered in jalapeños, which as you see I did not ask for…called and asked for a refund because I don’t want this. The woman on the phone told me I had to come back in. I told her I wasn’t able to drive back over there. She told me I had no other options and refused to help me. Look, mistakes happen, I get that, but it seems like when you mess up you’d at least try to make it right instead of being dismissive? I don’t have much hope for this location because I asked to speak with the manager on shift and I’m assuming who I spoke to *was* the manager so…yikes lol. Just sucks because yall were my go to late night spot as a night shift worker ???? the food is good but if I do decide to go back I’m def gonna double check my bag and unwrap just to be sure
The food was really good! The burger was juicy and had great flavor. Service was excellent.
This was my first visit to this restaurant after the college football game on Saturday. My brother brought me here and says this is a must stop after a ball game. So I tried the BBQ chicken strip sandwich, and it was fantastic! Mrs. Darlene took our order and later brought out our hot food and suggested the spicy ketchup, which was delicious. Will stop by again next time I'm in town. Great job!
Drove 15 hours just for WhataBurger. Thank you for being everything that we can't have in Canada. I will make the drive again very soon.
This location was very clean and had one of the best fast-food cashiers I've ever seen. Professional and funny. Made the experience wonderful.

Showed up 7:32pm Sunday.
No one at the counter. Lady with brown/blonde hair in all black who I assume to be the manager was facing opposite of the counter on her phone for a solid 15 minutes texting. If your her boss, check the time stamp on the cameras and you’ll see.
Was seen by two other associates but nobody said anything or even came to greet us.
Finally around 7:58 a nice lady came to take our order. Food arrived 8:04 no fries in the bag.
Nobody here cares, and it’s obvious.
