I ordered a mobile order to be picked up at curbside. Waited about 10 min past the time, and had to call in to ask about the food. I was told they were making the onion rings. That’s fine I’m not in a rush. I get my food a few minutes later, and drive home. Sit down to eat my food and notice the burger is crushed and pretty thin. I open the burger and somehow they forgot to put a patty on my burger. Have a 2 be cause the onion rings were actually good
i wish i could do no stars, i went up here for my break from burger king like 2:08 pm and when i finally got my food my fries were spilled all over my bag, and my burger was freezing cold and literally dripping wet. and i didn’t ask for extra sauce or anything so there’s no reason why it should’ve been dripping like that. i can’t believe i wasted my money on that cold soggy burger. y’all need to do better instead of playing with peoples money
Employees CONSISTENTLY shortchange you on your food at this location. Given their prices it's pretty shameful that they're so stingy as to not even come close to filling containers for fries or salads. Do better
Worst, what a burger ever. I waited 35 minutes for our order. My wife went up twice to complain. They said they were waiting on fries. Then, the second time, they were waiting on grilled onions. We've had nothing but issues at this restaurant. Two other orders that were after ours were brought out to the customers. Worst management at this establishment!!!!!!!
Service was great! Fries were not filled up and cold, paid for a large, not a medium.
This location is the very best at making breakfast. My favorite is the biscuits and gravy. They never fail me. They deliver it thick with the meat piled on top of the grave so you can see what your getting and it has been consistent for a very long time. I want to praise great management and most of all to a REAL cook thank you for delivering the very best every single time. This is a perfect 10 example of customer service and how a business is suppose to be ran. Thank you ADAMS for doing it better than ANY other I ever been too in my 46 years of living. I will be a loyal customer to this location. Ty. Look at this picture super meaty and thick ( not watered down slop) this is true cooking. Be blessed !!
Review based solely on Dr. Pepper shakes the menfolk wanted. They were very pleased. So yummy like Dr. Pepper floats. Such a treat on a very hot day. Cashier very sweet.
Haven’t even gotten my food yet to be able to comment. Sat in the outer lane, watched two cars pass on the other side and then they started the order for a third car…. So we assume the window may be broken and drive around to get in the other lane. As we get there we see the car that was behind us getting the order taken….. then the car behind it. As soon as we pull up we’re asked to please wait. After another 3 minutes I was finally able to get their attention to place an order. Absolutly insane how disorganized they were. After speaking to the manager they said it was due to shift change and the fact that their cameras for the drive through have been broken, so unless someone is hollering at them they just don’t know ????♀️. Get their drive through fixed corporate!
