Sometimes when ordering online for pickup they don't already have the order waiting and in some cases that would cause me to be late getting back to work bc of that. It's the main reason why I order b4 hand so I can get in and out without waiting. Please take that into consideration and change it. Other than that the food has improved as well as the customer service. I appreciate you. Take care.
I worked with them for 2 years before leaving after management abuse. They tell us to not do milkshakes even tho the shake machines are running and there is way to much cross contamination that is caused by the new workers who get into the very small kitchen they have
The restaurant is clean. It does take a while to get your food.
The food is great, but....the people working their don't pay attention to what you order. I just had to have them remake my breakfast sandwich 3....3 times. The manager did her job correctly, but it seems no one else gives a damn.
This Whataburger is run exceptionally well.. amazing service, clean, relaxed and warm vibe. This place rocks.. They even came and asked me if everything was good after I got my food. I'm blown away.. am I at a sit down restaurant? Keep up the good work. ????
The food was delicious as always, I looove whataburger, But only giving 3 stars to this location due to the drinks, I don't know if it's the water they mix the soda syrup with or the ice or what, but it smelled like mold or something bad and tasted disgusting, all 3 of us got different drinks(coke, dr pepper and fanta) and we all noticed the same, told one of the workers but she didn't put much interest or attention to what we were saying. Hopefully, it's just a one day bad experience.
I ordered the honey butter biscuit, the chicken was good, and hot, but the biscuit was cold. But overall had a good experience
Stopped for a small Coke and fries. After 20 minutes of waiting behind 5 other people who were waiting for their orders to be corrected, I left. I'm not sure what was going on but it was a bad day at this location.
