I want through the drive through and I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal. When I first got into the bag there was mustard and then i proceeded to open my chicken box and just mustard down the side. So I want back and inside and showed them as the kid at the front was telling the back they said I’m not remaking that and then I said I want a manager spoke to the manger and she was so rude mind u this was THIER mistake!! The manager than gave me the food on a tray and I said I need that in a box please and she rolled her eyes and than want back and just throw my new food in a box. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
Generally, it's pretty consistent on food and usually the service is better than average. Lately, I'm guessing they may be struggling with staff leaving to go to college because they have been slower than usual. Not horrendously but it's noticeable. Quality is still pretty consistent. I don't do sit down meals there, so can't rate atmosphere
Set in line for an hour still didn't get my food. Was offered to remake my food and give me a refund and then came back out to tell me they couldn't refund me and they i would have to wait for them to remake my food. We are from Texas this is the worst whataburger experience ever and the manager Seth shouldn't be a manager. Also while my husband was talking to the manager other people were complaining also because of the terribe service.
Nothing I love more than over paying for Buffalo chicken soup. Yum! Thanks whataburger!

We have had nothing...... nothing but issues with ordering from the app. 2 times now we have tried. The first was "Oh it's the door dash app" we called and got a refund. Today we tried again and got NOTHING! Only got "well I can't do anything but refund the amount " I work in customer service and the lady we talked to didn't even give her name and dismissed us like we were not important to her. That is NOT good customer service!!! If this is how Wataburger treats there customers then I am done. Yes I realize that we got a refund but the same point in fact is YOU have an issue with your app and refuse to acknowledge it! As a customer service manager i am truly disappointed! Do better! We shouldn't have to call the strore EVERY time we order food. We have ordered through the app for MONTHS and have no issues until now! Please do SOMETHING!
We don't have the Whataburger chain in Iowa, so I was game for giving it a try. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at this particular establishment. I ordered the Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger meal combo. The burger was good sized and had good contrasting flavors of sweet, with just a hint of spicy.
My order was made and delivered quickly. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The dining room was well maintained, but was not overly busy.
I'd likely try Whataburger again if I'm ever in an area where the chain is located.
Just wanted to say that of course the food is excellent but had a recent experience that made me want to leave a review. We ordered curbside pickup and the order was a little late. They brought our food out to us about 10 mins late but came with extra fries and extra deserts. Most places will not even offer that, they just bring out your food late and go on about their day. We had not complained but they took it upon themselves to make it right.
We are visiting from out of town and decided to go there and eat. Big mistake as we waited 45 minutes for our food. Food was great once we got it. Honestly the only reason the rating is as high as it is is because the soft spoken young Asian man absolutely ran his butt off to make everyone happy that was in line. People were yelling and honking a horn or two as well. He just ran himself ragged in the 100 degree heat. I felt genuinely bad for him. He will excel hopefully somewhere else and not have to do what he did.
