Disgusting.
Looked like some sat on my burger. The bun was completely flat. The fries were cold.

Update -- I was unaware I ordered a JR double instead of a regular, so my apologies, it was better anyway since I'm try to drop pounds ????

This is about the worst Whataburger I've ever been to and it's unfortunate it's the only one near me that I go to. Just ordered 40 plus dollars worth of food got home and my French fries are cold and taste old. The kid that was at the drive-thru didn't seem like he knew what he was doing didn't offer me a drink carrier then put straws in my bag had to ask for those didn't proceed to forget that I ordered an extra item. Every time I come to this Whataburger at night I have to double-check my food and make sure everything is in my bags before I leave because I have left out things multiple times. I do not recommend going to this Whataburger in the evening time because they're night time Crew suck
Of the two locations located here in bossier city this particular location seems to have issues with staff having attitudes when bringing out orders or even having to take orders at the counter. Given the choice I prefer the other location to this one. Food wise it's bout the same-after all it is fast food.
Had a strawberry shake, grilled cheese,and we also has a sweet and spicy bacon burger. The food was great possibly the freshest I've experienced at whataburger. The tables and floors are clean. The cashier was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
Too Close for Comfort - I looked up from a morning of work and realized if I drove to Whataburger for breakfast tacos, I'd miss the window. I called their number. SOMEONE ANSWERED. Wesley, the store manager, said he'd make me my tacos. ♥️♥️ Thank you Wesley for helping a girl out. Happy Friday.
This place is one of my favorite stops along my route. One of the few whataburgers with a truck parking. Staff is always great to me and always help out wherever they can
New place, clean with the same good food.. But its understaffed and barely functional. Friends in our car ordered 15 minutes ahead of those of us ordering at the counter. 15 minutes after we got our food, they had to go to the counter and ask where their food was, only to be told that the staff didn't know how to do mobile orders. Needs work.
